SPOT Apart is located at a convenient place which is close and walkable to shopping, dining, attractions and transportation. The surrounding area may look suspicious but after a couple of days staying there, we think nothing is concerning. The local restaurants nearby have great genuine Greek foods we love the most on this trip!

I am very happy with my stay. We went out at night and theres a rich culture of young locals like 25-40 age group. They mostly wear black and dark colors do so to blend in. Really lovely reception and near by breakfast and food.

Great place to stay
Great room, spacious and clean, incredibly large balcony/terrace area, good air conditioning, strong pressure in the shower. Really convenient to have pin access to hotel and rooms so you don’t have fo worry about a key. Would stay again.

The property was located in a convenient location allowing walking to museums, restaurants, stores the metro etc. it was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. It was in the city so traffic noises could be heard but not annoying. Check in is self check in though they were extremely responsive and helpful arranging rides to and from the airport. Price was amazing for the value received. Would definitely recommend

Well located for an overnight stay - easy walking from Syntagma and easy access to transport links for our onward. Well located for a quick summit of Lycabetus in between too! However, would use for a longer stay as location and facilities were very good.

DO NOT stay here if you have children! The actual rooms in this property were clean. However, the neighborhood is not the safest and it's right near drug alleys. If you are just adults and can handle the area, then this place is worth the price.

Good price for clean and comfortable
Clean rooms that we’re comfortable. The office staff was friendly and helpful with information. The hotel is in an area that feels a little sketchy, but once you get used to it, it was acceptable enough.

I liked the unit however for the towels, I think it’ll be better in white and not gray. During our stay, the TV was not working. The owner should make sure that all equipment and devices are functional. Actually, the place or surroundings seems to be scary versus the Plaka or Syntagma area? It’s cool that the police are visible but made us more scared that the surrounding area is not safe? Overall, my rate is good. Thanks!

Size and condition of apartment was excellent. Access to building and communication with renters was also excellent. Surrounding area needs improvement but is fine. Access to bars and restaurants across the street is very good. Convenient parking nearby.

The place was neat, tidy and well maintained. It was well stocked with items and accessories that we found convenient to have that we didn't find in other hotels we stayed in. Their customer service was great as well since they responded to us promptly and managed to schedule us taxi service early in the morning when we weren't able to.

Disgusting. New guests should not have to clean up after the last guests. Dirty sheets on the bed, every dish, cup and utensil was dirty. VIP? What a joke!! This place was awful. Don't waste your time or especially your money! Avoid!

We stayed at the property for about five days. The interior did not seem to hold the temperature and it was usually more humid and very hot In comparison to outside. we did not get enough coffee and towels without requesting. Other than that, despite being in a questionable area, the rental was pleasant.

We are sorry you didnt enjoyed your stay. If you keep the windows open unfortunately the temperatrure cannot hold. Humidity unfortunately is a general problem. As far as for the coffee its a welcome treat upon arrival. Towels are changed every other day, of course if you need fresh towels before that upon request we are happy to provide them. We try to save a little for the planet. Thank you for satying with us.

There was a ton of shops, restaurants, bars, coffee places etc. within a few blocks. We got a place with a balcony which was much bigger than I had anticipated. The apartment was clean and nice, and the desk people were extremely helpful. The key pads are nice for access as you don't need anything but your code. It's defiantly in the heart of the city and with so much stuff close it's not exactly quiet. The neighborhood has roll down doors on all the shops which they have put graphiti all over with surprisingly nice shops hidden behind them. It's interesting how the area seems to change depending on the time of day when they open, bars and restaurants at night and shops during the day, We stayed just over 2 weeks and always felt safe. Would defiantly stay again as its a fascinating neighborhood with tons to check out.

I cannot recommend SpotApart enough. Excellent communication before arrival, arranged a taxi from airport for us, answered all my questions. Our plane was late and didn't arrive until 4am when the desk was closed. Taxi brought us a street over and when we called the number she stayed on the phone with us as we walked over a street and pointed out the businesses we were passing then waited while we buzzed ourselves in. 😍🙏 Location is a five min walk to the National Archeological Museum - passing a million cafes on the way. Easy access to taxis and metro outside. Rooms are exactly as described and shown in their pictures. Lovely, quiet and amazing beds. Brilliant find!

The view was aweful, was located in the hood. Too many homeless in area. No air conditioning Beds were not comfortable neither was sofa bed

Of course there is air condition in every room and as far as our beds as we take this matter very seriously we always had nothing but good feed back from our guests.
