"We stayed at the Creek side Chalet. Room was nice and clean, newer clean bathroom and hot water readily available. Driving towards the chalet in dark was scary ( a little more light in the area will be better) but much nicer in morning. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant attached to it. Food was fresh and delicious. Breakfast portions were quite generous. Overall, nice stay."

"The room had roaches and some green bugs on the pillow . When I turn the water on in the bathroom the water was brown . My friend and I slept in our cars that night and there was no staff to call to report the problem . I do not recommend this stay ."

We attempted tennis, but learned we are not a tennis family. There was basketball available too and a trampoline. The kids were def loving all of the fun. "As soon as we checked in the office, receptionist was very polite and gave us clear instructions and information of area. Very clean room, great outdoor pool area and designated parking. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place."

"There was an attendant for checkin but never again, not enough towels, ran out of toilet paper, room had ants, and now way to contact staff. It was a last minute booking so I was stuck with options but I cannot recommend it to anyone."

"The best thing is the location i.e.the proximity to the natural river. However, the way the property is kept is not in line with the beauty of the natural surroundings. It's not clean inside and outside-- there was a constant unpleasant smell on the outside - not sure if it was their garbage or sewer system."
