This lady came with 1 boyfriend and 1 girlfriend. They took 2 rooms. one room was 56.03 per day and the other was 59.7. They stayed for 2 days and their reservation was for 2 days. He came on his way out and shouted in an inappropriately aggressive manner that his girlfriends were staying in the room they bought, and that they were staying in the room where their friends were staying, so we should refund the money they paid, otherwise they would write a bad review. I already said that we gave the 2 rooms they took, these 2 rooms are the cheapest 2 rooms in our hotel, but the woman was shouting at the reception. I told them to take the difference between the 2 rooms from their friends, and he did not accept that either. She insisted that I return the money they paid. Finally, he said, you should pay our shuttle fees. Even though they had no rights, I accepted this just because of his rude behavior and blackmail to give bad ratings. Dear Our Guest, Access road is difficult, ok you are right but here is human heritag area, first degree historical area. We can not destroy the unique historical area for the more comfortable access to hotel for only 250 meters. Besides that the road is not bad as you said. But our road is narrow as most of hotels in Cappadocia which have very good view. If you want to amazing panoromic view you have to drive. If you couldnt drive, we can help you. please call us and we can drive last 250 meters or we can transfer to hotel with our car. We are on the top of Old Greek Village. We are located in Cavusin Castle. We are in a unique and unique position in Cavusin Castle.Our outside photos shown this condition. Our and most of our guest opinion are this is big advantage for us. For the amazing panoromic view and watch the hot air balloons in the morning. Even early morning a lot of tourist stay from other hotels came to nearby our location by car or cab to watch the hot air balloon. But you critisize the location. Ok. We respect.
