Comfortable and clean
The property and my room are clean and tidy. Not a lot of options for breakfast but it's sufficient and taste good. It's located by the river, pretty relaxing atmosphere.

Very pleasant stay, nice and relaxing place, close to everything, A little hard to find, as.not much signage. But worth it, when you find it.

Great staff" get the more expensive room. It was delightful. Our friends paid for a basic room and that is what they got. We loved our room. We took yuk yuk to town- 100 baht,, staff arranged tour. Excellent..

Beautiful thai style house l.
(+) - friendly staffs and fast to respond - beautiful thai style house - parking - lot of cute animals (-) - room has lot of ants and spiders - bedsheets not look really clean - towels look old - spider's web in the shower area :( -very basic breakfast (toast, cereal and porridge) no meat or eggs :( Overall, i would recommend this place for a person who want to stay in thai style house for once. But i would not stay here again. Compared to others hotels in the area you can find better and much cheaper hotels .

A very charming, unique traditional Thai buildings, Being riverside was lovely, &a great riverside restaurant next door. Family very friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend this.

Beautiful hotel on the river. A lovely place to stay and explore the town of Ayutthaya. Either take a tuk-tuk or walk into town. The owners were very nice and arranged a boat trip for us and tuk-tuks when necessary.

Beautiful Thai wood home on the river. We stayed in a row of guest houses a few feet from main structure. The family was friendly and provided great service, even procuring us transportation and an English speaking guide, when requested. Breakfast included continental choices and Thai dishes made fresh when we sat down. We were even able to buy a beer and a glass of wine from the owners to enjoy in the evenings. The garden and view of the river were soothing. The only downside was the bathroom was outside and though covered and offering privacy by a six foot high wall, it didn’t stop the mosquitos from taking a bite while using the toilet and shower. A unique experience never-the-less, for those tired of standard hotel accommodations.

Beautiful Thai house homestay right on the river.
beautifully restored Thai style wooden house right on the river, with a roofed deck to sit and watch the river... a taste of "old" Thailand, but with modern conveniences, such as a/c and a fridge in the room. wonderful breakfast, and O, so helpful owner! She organized transportation for us, and gave us a wonderful itinerary for Ayuttaya.

Beautiful view but dangerous dogs
Pros Beautiful river view and a beautiful building. Cons If you try to walk anywhere you have to pass a gauntlet of VERY unfriendly dogs, then walk along a busy road with no sidewalks. And if you do all that, there’s still almost nothing in walking distance. So, you’ll end up paying for a tuk tuk every time you want to go anywhere. Also, their idea of coffee in the morning is instant coffe and you’ll have to pay extra for real coffee.

Gorgeous and authentic
Amazing! By far the most memorable stay in thailand. Close to the ruins and made us feel in a different world. The mahogany is gorgeous and felt like luxury without the high cost.views were breathtaking and breakfast was delicious. Love this place

Right on the river, beautiful gardens and woodwork throughout. We loved it. The only negative is the walls are a little thin, but while it was the least expensive hotel our entire trip it was probably our favorite. It felt super authentic.

Only things somewhat impressive was the Teak main office and the view of the river from the exterior deck. Breakfast was a small pan of fried rice, sliced papaya and toast. Do it yourself instant coffee. Location is terrible if you planned to spend any time in the evening downtown. Local sidewalks near hotel practically non existent if you want to walk anywhere.

A very nice relaxing place to spend a few days
The hotel appears to be old, but is actually only 2 years old (built in 2014) so the wood floors and all finishes are in very good condition. Hotel doors and windows are exactly the same as original baan Thai houses, which means that they are satisfactory, but not air tight. The only issue is that the River flowing just outside, breads a lot of mosquitos. It is necessary to sleep with a mosquito net, even though the rooms are air conditioned. Possibly a slight modification to how the doors and windows seal would stop mosquitos from entering?? The bed was pretty good.

Hôtel très sympathique
Accueil très sympathique. La jeune femme de la réception s'est occupé de louer des vélos pour visiter le site de Ayuthaya et de réserver le tuk tuk et les billets de bus pour continuer notre voyage. Petit déjeuner correct. Cadre Thaï agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Enjoyable riverside stay
Clean, quiet and homey stay at riverside. Staffs were also very polite and friendly. May be the shower water pressure could be a little better but not a problem at all. Loved our stay there and will definitely be back again.

Ein wunderschönes Holzhaus mit Blick auf den Fluss. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gutes Internet. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten vorsichtshalber Ohrstöpsel dabei haben. Die Boote knattern bis mitten in der Nacht vorbei, das Restaurant nebenan hat am Wochenende Disko oder Karaoke im Angebot.

家族経営なのか民宿のような雰囲気です。 リバーヴューの部屋つもりでしたが案内されたのは狭い部屋でした。 8畳くらいにシャワーとトイレ。 収納は全くないので椅子に着替えを置いたり、テーブルに荷物を置いたりと少々不便でしたが私達はほとんど寝るだけに使っていたので何の問題もありませんでした。 レンタル自転車1日100バーツ。 tuktukも手配できます。 素朴なスタッフに癒されました。

雰囲気の良い庭と建物が、最初に目に入ってくるホテル
朝食が美味しかったですが、フルーツがあればもっと良かったです。 入ってすぐのスペースが、広々として、お庭も素晴らしかったです。 ただ、部屋が狭くて、私は一人だったからいいけど、カップルには、狭すぎると思います。

Utvändig är bra, dålig invändig, inte bra service
Läget och anläggningen är mycket fint. Vackra omgivningar. När man tänker på pris nivår och Hotel.com portfolio, standard brukar vara mycket högre. När man bokar rum på något hotel man inte har varit innan, brukar man inte vara besviken. Jag tycker att Hotel.com har mycket bra utbud, men inte denna hotellet ( homestay). Sängen måste förbättras, sängen borde vara bekväm och fin bäddning. Badrum och dush, dushkabinen är förtrång. Aircon, den låter för mycket framför allt ingen kyla från Aircon. Frukost var ok. Jag hoppas att Hotel.com kommer att vara noggrannare med sitt utbud.
