Lovely hotel, great location
This was the perfect location to explore the historic sites. The hotel is lovely, particularly the garden and top veranda. The owner was very helpful as were the staff.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s clean and the terrace is very nice. Lots of nature. It’s also very close to the temples and some restaurants. Highly recommended.

Well located and managed hotel near the key sites
This was a nice property, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. They have an honour system drink cooler, which was handy, and the coffee was complimentary. The location was fantastic, close to most of the key sites I wanted to see, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The negatives: The room was small. It was fine for one, but would be a little tight for more than one. The wifi was fine out on the little sitting area out front of the bungalow, and it was good at the foot of the bed. But if you were lying at the head of the bed, as you normally would, the wifi was almost non-existent. So that was inconvenient. The property has several bikes, but I was told they were all old and were broken. One of the reviews I saw for the property said they had bikes for use. I intended to use them, so they should have at least a couple of them fixed. There are plenty of places nearby to rent a bike, so there were other options, just not the one I hoped for. Overall a good experience, but with some things that could be improved (especially the wifi issue, which is critical these days)

Great stay!
We had a great 2 night stay at Niwas Ayutthaya! The bungalow was tidy and we enjoyed chilling on the front terrace. The location is fine and walking distance to places to eat and drink, we walked from the train station which took about 30mins. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast a few doors one way and hired bicycles a few the other way. Bicycles are the perfect way to explore the temples and park. They have a fridge with drinks that you can access and leave the money in an honesty box. We enjoyed that and the complimentary chips to go with our beer! It was a great stay. The owner is lovely and the place is looked after well. Would definitely recommend.

For the area, the AC was from what we gather, normal. It was subpar for what we expected, but it did let us sleep at night. Additionally, the service is amazing, the staff are the best.

Highly recommended!
Beautiful little place to stay! Great air conditioning, tv, wifi, and great location! You're minutes away from amazing ruins. The man who owns the facility is the star though. He was so kind and helpful, and set us up with a great boat trip to see temples!

This place is OK, but that's it. Only one overhead light. Needs a bedside lamp. Dingy bathroom walls. Needs fresh paint. Bed was comfortable. Host was helpful. No breakfast.

Cute, Clean, Friendly B&B in a great location
HI, We stayed here in January 2018 for 2 nights. The owner is very friendly and speaks english quite well. He offered tips on where to go for site seeing and for dining. There are bicycles to use free of charge from him and that was a great benefit to us and it was how we did all of our site seeing. He also arranged a Tuk Tuk back to the train station for us at the end of our stay. Great location, clean rooms, very quaint.

The kindest place
This place is great! The owner is very kind... I missed my train so I had to arrive very late without announcement, and even when he was already slept, he received me very kindly... The next day he gave me advices about which ruins to visit, and where to eat! He even gave me a map from the city and marcked his recommendations....I stayed at a boungalow, and it was like being in a fairytale...I even regret not staying more nights there

A tropical, quiet garden with comfortable rooms just minutes from Ayutthaya's magnificent Wots. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful; offering suggestions and directing us to special events in town. Just around the corner from the night market, breakfast spots and an easy walk to the pier. Highly recommend!!

Ligging mooi centraal, vriendelijke eigenaar die overal mee hielp. Gratis gebruik van fietsen. Gezellig en knus. Wij zaten in het "tuinhuisje" erg leuk. Zouden hier wel weer heen gaan.

隣にコインランドリーがあります スタッフがとても愛想が良いです。 トイレとシャワーは専用ではあるが一度部屋から廊下に出ないと行けないのがすこし面倒。

50代夫婦＋70代の両親で宿泊。 バンガローは、テラス付きでダブルベット1台にトイレシャワールーム（シャワーカーテンで仕切る）広さもあって使いやすかったです。シャワールームのドアがベットの足拭きマットの幅位しか離れてなくてちょっと出入りがねって感じはありまししたが、清潔さもあり、庭に来る鳥の声に癒やされました。 両親の部屋は、母屋にあるダブルベットのワンルームにトイレシャワールーム付きで、やはり清潔でゆとりも有り両親も喜んでくれてました。 朝は、売店カウンターの所に飲み物と軽食（小ぶりのマフィン、ロールケーキ、クロワッサン）が用意されていて、無料サービスセルフで頂けました。 マネージャーの方がすごく感じが良くて、泊まって良かったと思える宿でした。

アユタヤ遺跡を周るのに便利
アユタヤの主な遺跡を周るにはいい場所にあると思います。自転車も無料で貸してくれます。 部屋は狭く虫もいたため体中食われまくりました。このあたりの対策をホテル側もしてくれると良 いと思います。（虫よけスプレーは必須）また、このホテルでは無くアユタヤ自体の問題でしょう が、水道水は臭いがしました。勿論タイの水道水は飲めませんが、歯を磨く際のうがいなども 売られている水でやりました。ホテルも無料の水（ペットボトル普通サイズ２本）を用意してくれていますが、それ以外にも用意しておいた方がいいと思います。家族経営のホテルの様で、過去の書き込みにもありましたがオーナーさんはじめ、みなさん人当たりの良い人です。なんでも今年家族で日本を旅行し、渋谷、新宿、河口湖などに行ったそうで、今度は大阪に行きたいと言っていました。

Très bon accueil, le gérant est serviable et sympathique. Par contre, quelques points négatifs. Sol de la douche glissant, lunette des toilettes mobile, douchette pas très bien placée, tête de lit poussiéreuse, les murs en bois de la chambre sont poussiéreux, la climatisation au dessus de la tête de lit pas très agréable et sale. Bouteilles d'eau à température ambiante de la piéce, soit 35 degrés. On rentre d'excursion, la clim est coupée, le bungalow est une vrai fournaise

遺跡に近く静かな宿
8月中旬に2泊利用しました。 アユタヤ遺跡まで徒歩数分と好ロケーションに立地の宿。 もとより近くに食堂やコーヒー店がある程度で静かな環境ですが、20時前後にはほぼ全てクローズとなりとても静かな環境です。 部屋は10号室、一人ならなんとか、二人なら狭いのでは。シャワーのみ、水圧はそれほど強くありませんがお湯はちゃんとでます。アメニティーはシャワー備え付けのボディーシャンプーとシャンプーのみ、ちゃんと泡立ちます。歯磨きセットがあればうれしかったかな。 屋根はトタンなのかな？鳥？が屋根の上を歩いているとカタカタ音がしますが、うるさい！というほどではありません。 朝方にニワトリの鳴く声がしますがこれはご愛敬でしょうね。 クーラーはきちんと機能します、夜は窓を開けなくてもクーラーを切っても暑くありませんでした 共用スペース、特に2階は朝晩に限らず日中も涼しく快適でした。施設内の掃除はしっかりされています。 セブンイレブンまでゆっくりあるいても10分かからない程度、ワンブロック先の通りには観光客向けのカフェやレストランも数件あり、もう少し遅くまで営業してると思います。 ナイトマーケットまでは3ブロックほど、徒歩10分強でしょうか、現地の方も夕食などを買うために利用していますが半分は観光客向けでしょう。 バンコクにあるようなホテルをイメージしていくとがっかりするかも、豪華なゲストハウス、くらいを期待していけば満足するのではと思います。 オーナーさんは親切でとても感じよかったです。

Parfait pour visiter Ayutthaya
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans la guest house et tout s'est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est très gentil et aidant. Il nous a commandé un minivan de la guesthouse jusqu'à Kanchanaburi. La location de vélo est également incluse. Pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a café/thé et gâteau à disposition. Suffisant pour nous. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Proche du centre historique et du night market. Nous avons pu tout faire à vélo. Nous recommandons cette guesthouse pour visiter la ville.

De man aan de receptie is een super aardige en behulpzame man. Spreekt vloeiend Engels, helpt je met alles. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de bedden zijn perfect. Je kunt gratis een fiets bij het hotel pakken en je krijgt een citymap. Ondanks dat er geen ontbijt is. Staat er altijd koffie en andere kleine dingen voor je klaar. Wij waren super tevreden

オーナーのおじさまは本当に親切で、アユタヤ遺跡の回り方なども教えてくれます。自転車も無料で貸してもらえます。 共用スペースは、本当に居心地が良く、滞在すればするほど好きになっていきました。 シャワーは、水という意見もありますが、ちゃんと温水でした。水圧も良し。 冷蔵庫があれば完璧でした。あと蚊が多いので虫除け必須です。

Die Familie war sehr nett. Hotel super Lage zu Nachtmarkt und Ruinen und Minivan Station. Räder kostenlos zum ausleihen. Leider war das Bett bei uns nicht frisch überzogen und es fanden sich etliche Haare der Vorgäste darin. Das Moskitonetz war vergilbt und der Duschvorhang verschimmelt. Hier besteht leider Erneuerungsbedarf.

Cozy place with fantastic host
We stayed for one night in a bungalow. It was a very good experience - the accommodation was clean and everything was in good condition. Big plus is the host who speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful (money exchange at excellent rate, organized boat trip for us, ...). Would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Hatten ein normales Zimmer gebucht und einen Bungalow bekommen. :) das Mückennetz war Gold wert. :) Die Inhaberfamilie ist super nett und hilft wo sie kann. Als Frühstück gab es kleine Snacks die uns völlig ausreichten. Man hätte ja ohne Frühstück gebucht. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und ganz dicht dran an den ersten zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten. :)
