"It was good"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night with our family. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were generally kind and friendly. However, there were several issues with the room. The refrigerator was not working, and although a replacement was provided after we requested one, the inside of the new refrigerator had visible mold, as if it had not been used or cleaned for a long time. Additionally, the TV remote did not work. We felt uncomfortable repeatedly calling the front desk, so we went down in person to request assistance. They replaced the batteries, but the remote still did not function, leaving us unable to use the TV. At that point, we were too exhausted to continue asking for help. Although our checkout was delayed after our morning schedule, we do appreciate that the hotel did not charge us an additional late checkout fee. However, considering the poor room condition and overall hotel management, charging extra would have felt quite unreasonable. The staff themselves were not the main issue, but the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel seem to need significant improvement."

"Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team."

"We enjoyed every minute of the peaceful, beautiful resort. People are friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Love the umbrellas for shade and remodeling done!"
