I went up to notify the front desk multiple times that we could not shower due to the water in the shower being scolding hot burning us and there was no cold water in the room.and was only able to shower once during our whole stay which was right before checking out "

"We were greeted by Cody upon arrival. He was so nice and welcoming. He went above and beyond when I asked if he could surprise my bf with a bottle of champagne and chocolates! We stayed in Daisy. The space was very stylish, clean and the bathroom was beautiful! It had a waterfall shower, towels, robes, and slippers. We had cute cups, silverware, microwave and mini fridge. The bed was so big and comfy! There was central ac and a “fireplace” heater. Being woken up by the sun each morning was so nice as well. It was quiet and cozy. The pool was amazing! Mineral water. Even all the ppl staying were so friendly. Felt like a cute community. 10/10 highly recommend this experience if you want a cute, cozy, romantic get away."

"Room was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area tucked away from main road which I found to be a comfort. The pool and grounds area looked nice. Would definitely take advantage of next time."

"Be aware that if you book this "boutique hotel" you may be staying down the street in a neighborhood in what appears to be a converted garage in the back of a house. There is no parking on property You have to find someplace to park on the street and then worry about your car. Inside was clean and comfortable, but I did feel completely safe. I reached out through hotels.com but didn't get a response. We ended up staying since we just needed a place to sleep while visiting Joshua Tree and Palm Springs and it was significantly less than hotels in Palm Springs. But I would not choose this property again. "

"We stayed here on our short weekend getaway visiting Palm Springs in March for the Indian Well open. The proximity of the hotel to the greater Palm Springs area was perfect if you have a car which is a must. We enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere of the adult only vibe which was what we were looking for. The hotel has a retro vibe which we enjoyed and can not complain about our stay. It always felt like we were alone on property but we knew there was other guests because we saw car parked so the property does well in that aspect. The hot spring water pool was a nice treat after having visited Joshua Tree and would say take a dip at least once, wish we had more time. The hotel owners were around twice and it was a very nice couple that were so gracious and hospitable. Give this place a try, it’s definitely a nice spot. "
