"Parking is $10 daily. It’s limited. The pool is now renting seating on the north site for $200 and $300 for cabanas with day beds and a fridge. "

"I chose this hotel not only for the good reviews but number one reason is that it offered a heated pool, I was very disappointed due to the 2 day stay not once was I able to enjoy the pool, the pool was so cold every adult around the pool complained on how cold the water was in the pool, no one was enjoying the pool, the room was a disappointment also, as soon as we opened the door there was a big stain like it would have been from some one who throw up and it wasn’t cleaned very well, the rest of the carpet was very stained and dirty, the rug needed to be replaced, I paid a lot for the 2 day stay, I should have stayed at the Travelodge down the street for a lot less money and just as terrible as this place, people beware, don’t be fooled like I was, never again will I and my friends stay here!!!😡"

"This place very old and smelly looking. There were stains all over the carpet, The walls had very obvious unpainted patches every where. at night, the roaches came out. All different sizes. I was afraid to step on them. But the worst part was the noise from other guests. From 6:00 AM until about 3:00 in the morning. There was shouting, talking loud and screaming, running around back an forth, and jumping. Horrible!"

"I am writing regarding my recent stay at Desert Isle of Palm Springs on March 27–28, which I booked through Hotels.com. During my stay, I encountered numerous cockroaches inside my room. This was not an isolated incident—I recorded multiple videos documenting the issue. The presence of pests made the room unsanitary and effectively uninhabitable. This experience falls well below basic hospitality and health standards and is not consistent with what was advertised at the time of booking. Given the severity of the issue, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I have also opened a case with Hotels.com and will be providing them with my documentation. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this matter promptly."

"Conjoining rooms are limited. Had to down grade my rooms to get them conjoining and still paid the price of deluxe rooms. Amenities are limited "
