The rooms are spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding!!! When I got out of a taxi the other day after an adventure one of the staff members came running across the street to carry my bag. And they store my extra luggage. I highly recommend this place! I always feel like I’m coming back home! Great choice !! "

The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. "Excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for the sights of Hanoi. Staff did many things over and above expectations. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
