"All the staff in the accommodation were very, very friendly and sweet. The Mogambo Spa was also good because it was a new atmosphere different from other places in Plantation Bay. This is because the weather in Southeast Asia cannot be predicted. "However", there are two things that are regrettable. Such good experiences during stay from check-in are offset at check-out. The female staff at the check-out table wasn't very friendly and didn't even say goodbye or thank you for staying. The moment I checked out, I felt like my fantasy about this resort was broken. Furthermore, the attitude of the female staff at bazarr, who was heard after checking out to buy resort souvenirs, deleted the good memories of their stay. I didn't welcome guests when they came in, I hummed alone when I paid, and I wasn't very friendly."

"We have always stayed at Red planet Cebu for 10 years now. Every time we come we would spend between 3 to 5 weeks. We like this hotel because it's very clean and the staff are very nice, very attentive and very reliable. Kudos to Nerissa and Gina from front desk and the Tisoy and Mark guarding the door and hailing a cab for us. That was a nice touch. Also a shout out to Amieboy and Michael for cleaning the rooms. To the entire staff - thank you for always providing us with excellent service!"
