"Our Stay at BE was a mixed bag. Overall staff was very friendly. Randy and Isha made us feel very welcome on our first night! Went downhill from there. We paid for 2 rooms and were promised breakfast. On our second morning a staff member confronted my wife that our 15 year old daughter would have to pay 350 pesos to eat. Very tacky. They charged us 250 pesos when we could not find our second room key! Lots of nickel and diming at this place. Did not feel good.
