"Came to this resort for a wedding this weekend. And it was absolutely beautiful. The property had about six pools. They weren’t all busy at the same time. There was a kids club a playground. Kitty pools. Depending on what room you get. You will need a golf cart to get to him from your room, but they’re pretty good with it. You just call and they pick you up and literally a minute. You walked to the lobby and you get a ride to your room. Super fast. My Husband and I came here alone, and shortly realize that this was a family hotel, and it makes us really miss our kids. Lol. so now we are planning our trip back already with our kids. I highly recommend this hotel for families as Alex at the Mexican buffet. He’s an awesome waiter. And Paul took really good care of us at the front desk, comedy, and everything that we needed. Oh and try the restaurant blue. It’s only open for lunch and dinner, and we only had the pleasure of having lunch there. Twice that New York aguachiles are to die for. It’s like Mexican pokey, highly recommend."

"Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we haven’t stopped talking about returning! Excellent service from check in, to each of the bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Really can’t say it enough, Alvan was our favorite at the Mexican restaurant so please RIU take care of that one, he’s a gem of an employee for you. The only suggestion I have is to have entertainment at the grand stage every night because the parties next door at Santa Fe aren’t for everyone, some might enjoy a chill night enjoying a drink and staying at Baja. Beware room corridors can be pretty loud some nights the doors slam extra hard. Overall I give this place pretty close to a 10."
