Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

4/10 Poor

"This place needs renovations, renovations, renovations. It’s too old also. That needs to improve. One of the beds. Had a spider as soon as we can meet. The spider was in between the sheets. It needs more cleanness and renovation as soon as possible. Because this place is Old staff was very friendly. That’s that’s a plus but and also the the shuttle bus to the parks and back from the parks. That was the only two things about this place. Everything else not good. if you can get a different hotel."

2/10 Terrible

"The building we were put in was under construction. It felt like we weren't even supposed to be there and we felt overlooked because we were so far from the main hotel/lobby. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was ripped and the room just had a general feeling of filth. Will never stay here again."

Grand Legacy At the Park

"Room was clean, no smells, fridge cold, A/C worked well, T.V did not have original remote and could not see info on current channel. Also, no issues with key card. The mattress was fine and good multiple options of the 4 pillows. Room service was quick and friendly. Only minor issues was only one hook to hang a wet towel or a hand towel since the dry towels took the bar, and the T.P. holder did not latch securely that caused the roll to fall on the floor."

10/10 Excellent

"I like everything about the hotel. It was very clean, friendly staff, and great amenities. Wish the parking fee would be less. My only complaint is the sheets are not very good quality kind of rough. Walking distance to Disneyland was great. It would be nice if they had complementary continental breakfast."

"We were 'upgraded' into a suite as it was my birthday. But the suite was an accessible one and it meant the bathroom/ shower was tailored for those with mobility issues. There was no bathtub and the shower did not have a ledge and so water went everywhere. The room itself was very dated and not as well kept as the ones we've stayed in the past. The hallways were musty smelling in the tower we were in also. Overall for the price it was totally fine. But it definitely justified the lower price this visit."
