"Warm welcome room ready. Slight smell of damp in bathroom. Side of window in main bedroom poorly repaired with polystyrene tile. Public areas 0f hotel were decorated and looked after. Staff were great friendly, helpful and very attentive. Food was great both evening meals were great. Good menu selection."

"Property & room were well appointed and maintained. Room seating was uncomfortable as sofa was a sleeper and chair was stiff, but really, most time is spent out of the room. No AC so we were hot when outside temps were in the 50’sF. In fairness this is common in Scotland. Very nice pools - yes more than 1 - plus restaurant and separate informal lounge. Good food, but breakfast hours start at 10. Doting staff. Perfect service. "

"Fantastic stay! Great and easy stay. Staff were welcoming and our room was large, clean and had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable nights stay. Brekkie was excellent with lots of choice and had a lovely view to the garden. Loads of parking and highly recommend! We stayed in the newer section at the back. Short walk into Pitlochry."

"Resort itself is very nice, nice easy walk to the Main Street. Staff were excellent, very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. We stayed for 2 nights and there were only a couple of things that were a bit poor. 1. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our short stay, including once early morning. People lining the corridors not sure if it was a drill, or a fault. No explanation given. 2. Our room (2234) was a “Deluxe” room, but it did appear a bit run down. The shower seal leaked leaving a pool of water on the bathroom floor, which did cause a panicky slip the first time I stepped out. Also the window handle was a bit faulty which made it difficult to open it. Other than that everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Would maybe stay again but it would have to be a special offer. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Pitlochry. Easy check in and the room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The bar/restaurant was popular and the food and service were excellent. We didn't book but I would advise booking during the busy season to ensure that you get a table. The breakfast was also very good with a wide selection available."

"A beautiful Scottish house with amazing decoration throughout. Tasteful and beautiful in every respect. A really warm welcome by our host who also served up an excellent breakfast and paid full attention to my "Gluten free" request. We could not have wished for more. My only regret was that we were not staying for more nights. This property is 5Star plus, plus. The best."
