"Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was absolutely massive! Food in restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the hotel is further out of town than you think. Took us about 20-25 minutes to walk from hotel to Albert Dock."

If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay ."

"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. "
