"Perfect hotel, from friendly staff or high quality rooms and amenities."

"Nice decor, quiet setting, convenient location"

"Very quaint hotel, really convenient for exploring the town and quiet location. Small room, very small double bed (though beautiful aesthetically) and not much by way of available drinks or snacks - not a problem though would have been nice to sit in the front open area. Staff were nice but didn’t seem that customer - centric."

"Near attractions like beach, clock tower, morning market, night market , massage shop, many local food shop nearby too, thumbs up Staff are friendly"

"Great value, comfortable room, facility in great shape, pool very nice. The resort restaurant was very good and better than most in town. Great view from a 3rd floor room facing the sea. Looking forward to returning!"

"THE GREAT HOTEL (2nd stay) Still one of our fav hotel in Hatyai. Very worth the money. All front offices are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. [Deserves 5 star service] ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 The rooms are well prepared and super clean. The place itself overall is gorgeous. Again, we will come back to the same hotel in the near future!!
