"No warm water and were told that I lost a spoon which I didn’t even make coffee during the stay. The hotel made me sign a confirmation form that I didn’t lost the spoon. "

The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."

The basin water also have a lot of clorine. When I wash my face the water went into my eyes. Stinging sensation. "
