Ria and the girls in the bar who served us not only looked after us but our wee dog was treated very well and given lots of love. The hotel is nice but the staff make it a place that we would definately return to. "

"This is by no means a luxury stay, but it was perfect, clean and very well equipped. I wish we could have stayed li her to do some exploring of the area, but it was only a stopover "

"This property is on the main road and there’s a hospital close by so it can be a bit noisy but only during the day. It is very conveniently located close (short walking distance) to dining, shopping and the grocery store. Our Luxury Suite room was huge and luxurious. There was a fridge and kettle and a French press and oat milk in convenient packets. (They came in and cleaned it while we were out.) There was a shower and bathtub (which I’ll use next time). Brandy was friendly and gave us an excellent dinner recommendation. (We got lucky to get a seat.) We parked in the back and could leave through the fire door (if only we hadn’t left our charging cord behind!). Ben Nevis is just a short drive away so this was a perfect place to stay. "

"While I can understand other comments about the state of the property, and it could use cleaning and updates in some areas, it really was a great place to stay. The staff were attentive, kind and went out of their way. We stayed in a walled garden room. It was beautiful and the bathroom was huge. All of the food we had was wonderful. Would love to stay again."
