One of the best stays
A very friendly welcome. Lovely village The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the restaurant food was without question the highlight of our trip. We will certainly try to visit again.

As always, we love staying here - Our 3rd time. The only complaint was it was not long enough. We love the food, but the restaurant was closed for one of our dinners. While we realize everyone needs a day off, the automated option did not work as well as we hoped. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how welcome the owners make us feel. Can't wait to stay again!!

Loved this place. Dining was out of a vending machine! Really good food! And fun. Included the wine and fresh bread. Fun reception person to help even as I don't speak French. Helpful people. Room was nice and unique.

Good place to stay
We loved the location and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The views were beautiful. The breakfast was very good and good value for the money. Service was prompt, friendly, and generally very pleasant.

Great location, great stay
What a spectacular location in this lovely quiet French village close to the Spanish border. Our room was situated in the older part of the property, we believe at least 400 years old, but very tastefully refitted, with everything you need for a good stay. The staff & proprietors were friendly & very attentive, they couldn't do enough for us. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the choice, quality and presentation was excellent. If we ever pass that way in the future, we would definitely stay again.

Erreguina, the best
This was the best ** ever. The owner could not have been better, the shower, room patio, restaurant were perfect. The door outside to patio eliminated all exterior sounds. Might have been best shower l have experienced. Almost no town this was a worthwhile destination hotel.

The staff (family) was extremely friendly. We arrived late and were still offered to have a delicious meal at their restaurant. Food is great. The rooms on the renovated side are extremely clean. We had a balcony with nice view. This place deserves at least 3-4 stars!

The hotel is run by a super nice family. They are renovating the hotel. The rooms on the ground floor are new, and look very nice. We were on the upper floor in a very small room that is due to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable, and walls thin. I recommend asking for a new room, and your stay should be very comfortable. I am grateful to the son who gave wonderful recommendations for visiting the region - better than any of the tourism offices in the area.

Ideal destination for exploring Pyrenees
we were made very welcome on a cold and wet night- offered the chance to upgrade our room which we didn't need as we were staying only one night. The family running the hotel were excellent and even provided an overnight garage for our MGB Roadster which was leaking due to the heavy rain. Would definitely recommend.

Remote, yet enjoyable!
This hotel is great IF you have the right mind-set. NOT easy to find without GPS, but that is part of its charm. Very nice helpful staff/owners. Basic room and amenities. Very good value. Views at hotel and to/from are worth stay. Very quaint and charming.

Overnight at Erreguina
We chose this hotel because of its location near our route out of Spain and up through France. It was a pleasant surprise in a lovely area, although half way up the Pyrenees the weather was not as kind as it could have been. We changed rooms to one with a balcony once we arrived and that allowed us to relax and take in the lvoely views - even in the drizzle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food at dinner and at breakfast was good. I would certainly stay there again.

Friendly and Welcoming Inn
Up a small hill in a tiny, quiet village along the river. Really, really nice family run place. The gracious and handsome son should be in a romance novel. Very good local Basque cooking -- excellent trout soup with local trout and Basque meats and cheeses. Ask for a room in the new section-- they are very modern and well designed. The older section needs help.

L'accueil est vraiment agréable, très convivial. La chambre était parfaite, très propre avec un beau point de vue sur les montagnes. Au resto le service a été très rapide. Bonne suggestion de plats de la région. La musique d'ambiance très charmante. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour à cet établissement. Revenir dans ce coin de pays fabuleux, nous irions définitivement à cet établissement sympathique.

Si digo que este es uno de los hoteles más encantadores, acogedores y bonitos a los que he ido, no exagero. El valor de la familia y del orgullo por lo que tienen, lo demuestran cada día con el servicio y el trato de atención al cliente. Las dependencias, tanto habitacionales como el propio restaurante, juegan en consonancia con la tradición típicamente vasca. Mi familia y yo nos hemos sentido como en casa, alrededor de personas que se esfuerzan por hablar tu idioma, en alas de aconsejarte las mejores experiencias que vivir allí y en los alrededores de este lugar mágico. No sé cuándo volveré, pero desde luego Erreguina quedará siempre guardado en mis mejores recuerdos y en los de mi familia. Merci beaucoup, et à bientôt!

Reservamos un hotel restaurante pero al llegar nos informaron que estaba cerrado. No podiamos salir de la habitacion porque no tiene lugares comunes donde descansar fuera de la habitacion. Ademas que por politica ecologica todas las luces estan apagadas incluso en el exterior. Poca predisposicion a decir que posibilidades tienes de disfrutar del entorno. No hay posibilidad de entenderse como no sea en Francés ni español ni ingles es posible

Génial petit hôtel à taille humaine. Chambre quasiment neuve très bien décorée moderne tout en respectant le style basque de l établissement Excellente table avec des produits locaux Personnel extrêmement sympathique et disponible de très bon conseil. Le patron ferait bien de prendre exemple. Il ignore totalement ses clients. Sinon établissement à conseiller.

Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit a l'hôtel, il était tres agréable, le personnel très gentil. Ils nous ont donner de nombreux conseils dur les visites allant tour, très passionné par leur terroir. Côtés restaurants il est proposer plats concoctés avec des produits allentour, très bien cuisinés, nous nous sommes régalés.

Superbe hôtel.
Séjour 1 nuit, dîner et petit déjeuner. Tout est parfait. Je recommande fortement cette adresse. Si vous souhaitez être au calme au pied de la montagne, alors n’hésitez pas.
