Not a 4.5 star hotel - not even a 2.5 star
The carpet was so dirty; a 2-star hotel would have better carpet. The towels are old and worn out. Overall it was not a 4.5-star hotel. This is not a property that should have the Crowne Plaza name!

Nice staycation in executive club room
Hotel is strategic located in middle of the city center close to the old town and government offices. A lot of nice place for dining. Service are excellent, from front office, excecutive club, restaurant. Room cleanliness can be improve a bit. For club room, free flow of wine and beer dinner time.

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very pleasant from day one. Wish there was greater variety of food available in the hotel for dining in as some were sold out. Brekfast spread was good and their fried rice is always amazing.

The hotel provided excellent service. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The choices in menu from in the various F @B outlets are limited, All the staff were polite and helpful. I expected to see more vibrancy around the hotel but it was not so, as it was around a quiet surrounding There were no shops like 7 eleven within walking distance from the hotel.

It is near to Braga Street...a lot of eateries with variety of both Asian and Western food. Inexpensive. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotstone grill beef in the restaurant is a signature dish.

Right from the welcome at the front door, all staff in the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Great conference facility, including technical assistance and meals, which made for easy runnin of our workshops. Close to all othe inner-city amenities.

The bathroom has a very very bad smell , and the pool is about less than a meter deep , my feet hit the pool ground and could not swim ., Location is poor insulated from nice places , lt beside a tire garage service looked like a 3 star hotel never attend it again , Not a 5 star only 4 star or 3
