"I travel as a lone parent with 3 children so my list of accommodation needs is longer than most. The hotel is beautiful, clean and rooms are a very comfortable size. The staff were friendly, however when using the pool outside of hotel organised fun such as songkran pool activities children cannot play freely as the priority of adult guests enjoying themselves felt more important regardless of there being a separate quiet pool. Children will find it difficult to enjoy the pool on normal days."

On the second night we had a room that was ok for what we needed, but the room wasn't as nice and they charged for the mini bar. Not too sure why they "
