We booked for a M room with view (2 single beds) with higher price than standard room on Expedia. When we arrived first night we were given a standard room (double bed) without window instead of a room with window. We talked to the staff and the boss was nice enough to change us to a room with two single beds but no window. We were so tired as it’s already late so we just took the room. We talked to the staff the next day and we were told “M room with view” as stated on Expedia is a smaller room than the standard room that we’re staying. He said they need to check with Expedia on the advertisement. It’s stated on Expedia that the room we booked should have balcony and city view, with fridge. But non of these is truly exist. For cleanliness, there’s vegetables/ leaves, hair, etc. on our floor. Room service did not clean up the floor but just make the bed. There’s some dirt left on the bed as well from previous guests. They did not change the bed sheet. And the soundproof is so weak, you can hear all the noise the whole night such as people from upper floor walk around, and the sound they open and close door, people talking on the walkway and the sound of the lift opening and closing. Basically, you can’t really rest well at night. Anyway, since the hotel is new so the facilities are new and the location is quite ok as it’s walking distance from train station although the road to walk to the train station can be dangerous especially at night.
