Although the place looks simple, the important things like the towels pillows, beds and show was awesome! The only complaint is that the hair dryer is a little weak. So bring your own if you got long hair and in a rush.

The property was fine, it got the job done, but I probably would not stay there again. There was AC and water bottles to drink, plus they came around and offered more during cleaning, but the room was not very sound proof and there was a brown stain on the comforter and a red stain on the runner that made it feel not the cleanliest. The hotel is located down a pretty busy/crowded alley. It's nice if you want to be next to the action, but to us it felt crowded and just maybe not in the greatest area. Also no toiletries provided, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands with at the sink. There was also no door for the shower so water spilled out when showering.

Fabulous Hotel
I booked three rooms here for myself and my girlfriend and another couple and a single friend. The hotel is located within an 8 minute walk from the Airport Rail Link, if you find the shortcut thru a couple buildings:-) The property is relatively new and well maintained. The owner is very kind and upgraded my self and my girlfriend on our second stay recently. The free breakfast is a nice touch as well. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Pratunam Night Market and a lot of great restaurants as well. There is a Family Mart just across the street should you need to grab some beverages or snacks. I highly recommend this this hotel should your travels take you to Bangkok.

I simply love the superb location; 5mins walking distance to night market (& early morning market: 5am-8am on Sat & Sun), 2mins walk to Saneeya Halal Restaurant, Arunda Thai Massage and <10minutes walk to Thailand most popular Platinum Fashion Mall. 24 hrs Family mart is just 50 steps across the lane. Hotel is well-maintained and staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively small but hey who cares when you can sleep on a comfy bed & pillows with powerful air con. They serve decent breakfast and menu changes everyday. Thanks 4M Pratunam Hotel for the great 3 nites stay and I will definitely choose your hotel for my future visits.

Hotel was close to everything. Safe environment. Bed was comfortable. I had the next door kids running up and down the hallway making lots of noise. Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was good. Customers service was good. I recommend this hotel.

Room was as per photo, just a bit smaller than expected. Toilet is pack too. If your legs were long, I believe they will hit the toilet door when you siting on the toilet bowl. 😂 But shower area was just nice. Water heater strong.

Room very small. Bathroom size less than 2sm. Construction noise begins around 8am and you will want to leave immediately. Breakfast very basic. Good location and comfy bed.

I found it horrible for the bad smell coming from the toilet drainage when you are bathing and the water for shower is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. It was really horrible and the room has the smell of smoke as well. I really got bad experience, even you want to get extra room card you need to pay deposit, there is not even tooth paste, tooth brush and slippers.......

The owner of the hotel was great. I told him I was disappointed there was not a frig in my room. The next day I had a brand new frig. Only bad thing was taxi drivers could never find hitel

We booked for a M room with view (2 single beds) with higher price than standard room on Expedia. When we arrived first night we were given a standard room (double bed) without window instead of a room with window. We talked to the staff and the boss was nice enough to change us to a room with two single beds but no window. We were so tired as it’s already late so we just took the room. We talked to the staff the next day and we were told “M room with view” as stated on Expedia is a smaller room than the standard room that we’re staying. He said they need to check with Expedia on the advertisement. It’s stated on Expedia that the room we booked should have balcony and city view, with fridge. But non of these is truly exist. For cleanliness, there’s vegetables/ leaves, hair, etc. on our floor. Room service did not clean up the floor but just make the bed. There’s some dirt left on the bed as well from previous guests. They did not change the bed sheet. And the soundproof is so weak, you can hear all the noise the whole night such as people from upper floor walk around, and the sound they open and close door, people talking on the walkway and the sound of the lift opening and closing. Basically, you can’t really rest well at night. Anyway, since the hotel is new so the facilities are new and the location is quite ok as it’s walking distance from train station although the road to walk to the train station can be dangerous especially at night.

Had to make a last minute trip to BKK and found this gem by good fortune. It’s so new there’s no reviews on TA yet. Pros: New and clean. Spacious room, staff could communicate in adequate English to provide me with correct information. Good location, near enough to everywhere but not right smack in the heart so not so crazy. Read much about below par cleanliness on similar accommodation but this was clean, no foul smell and bright. Many tv channels and good wifi. Cons: Can’t get hot water from tap but this also happened in 5 star Berkeley hotel. Water pressure from shower a bit weak and can’t get comfortable warm water, gets either too hot or too cold just have to adjust constantly. Can hear lift and movement but Guess this happens in every accommodation of similar range. Hotel info states fridge in room but didn’t see any. Overall, I’m very pleased with what I paid for. This is not luxury, but I’m happy with what I got. Can hear the tuk tuks but you get what you pay for. I was alone but felt safe walking back at night. Wanted to stay at The House( has glowing reviews) but it became exorbitantly priced over the weekend and 4M is located on somewhat the same lane! If you just need a clean place to sleep with comfortable enough bed and don’t be overly fussy with unrealistic expectations, 4M is for you. Tip: FB messenger the hotel, they respond fast and get the address in thai. Be nice to others and others would be nicer to you 😊

Perfect spot for Pratunam Shopping
Value for money Close to Pratunam wholesale shopping area American breakfast provided Just 1 thing pretty annoying, construction ongoing at adjecent building. They start work around 8am. So you can hear construction works ongoing. Anyway that won’t be an issue as we will be up by then and proceed for shopping already.

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Umgebung ist top! Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Marktes und dafür war es ziemlich leise. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
