pros : staff are friendly. i have a motorcycle which needed to park somewhere but the in that region, there isn't any available parking and the boss of the hotel assist by getting his staff to allow me to park infront of the hotel. which i feel you can rely on them in any cases. Cons: the room not exactly very clean. i have seen a few cockroaches walking around the room.

4 day stay in Blutique hotel
We booked a room for 3 persons and a double room for 2 . I was given a normal double bed room for the first night as all the rooms were fully booked .So we decided to stick to a normal double bed room for the rest of our stays here .The rooms are small and the air con was noisy . The shower tap was faulty on second day but they couldn't fix it as their technician went home so we waited till the next morning and were told to change to another normal double bed room on the opposite side.The rooms are so so and the towels are really old .Cleanliness is below average The corridor outside the room was very narrow and we can hear sounds of people next door taping boxes after midnight 1am to 3am . When we checked out of the hotel , receptionist refunded only half the supposed amount and claimed that the website I booked has higher booking charges .The location there is good as there are many food stalls and massage parlours down the streets and it is very convenient to walk to 7 eleven, Big C , platinum mall and other big shopping centres and night markets .

Very small and rundown. Plenty of cockroaches in the room. Requested for a room change but new room smelly, bed itchy and cockroaches can still be seen. Room size overall is ok, definitely not for fussy people to stay. Booked the room for 4 nights but changed hotel after tolerating 2 nights with insufficient sleep.

We arrived late (very nice guy at check-in) and got a room on the second floor...all that was left. There was street noise and that was fine but the room just seemed a bit run down. The hotel has multiple wifi connections on each floor and they all showed full signal strength but none would connect. I walked up to a few other floors and had the same problem until I connected on the 9th (top) floor. Since I had prepaid two nights i asked to move to 9th floor on day two. The room given was the same size but much cleaner, brighter, more blue decor (keeping with the name) and had a GREAT view of the city. Wifi was flawless also. After really disliking the place the first night the second night was very satisfying and i would actually stay again...if I could get the top floor, or perhaps the 8th. It had everything you need and was a decent value. The area is real lively at night with lots of good Indian restaurants.

Hotel is near the morning market good location but is inside. Hotel room water heater is not hot at all we bath cold water but it’s stil ok as the weather there is hot.

Room doesn’t look like the picture. I was attracted by the room picture, but the real room is so small , old building with the leaking roof , dirty bed sheet , old carbinet , with a standing fan like there is no store room to put the fan so they put in the guest room. And every morning I woke up by the renovation voice next room. Over price for this hotel. So disappointed. I will never go back again and refer to anyone.

Great for shopping at local markets
Hotel is located in a very narrow lane. Difficult to access by car. Room is small considering I booked the triple room. Conveniently located where you can get street food just in front of the hotel. Stray cats can easily be found at the hotel corridor where they made noise the whole night. Goods were placed all over the walkway in the hotel which made it unsafe (tripping hazard and staircase was blocked off for emergency escape). Consider staying somewhere else for the same amount paid for the accommodation.

The location of the hotel is good. Below the hotel there are many stalls for street food. Walking distance to Pratunam Market. Surrounded by all hawker, street food, clothing and accessories stall. Free high speed WiFi German cockroaches found in room. If room beside the elevator, you will having some free beep beep sound at night as the elevator will beep once upon reaching a floor. Total 9th Floors. Almost all the staff are emotionless except those housing keeping staff. My only concern is, IF FIRE exist, difficult to escape as they load too many stuff at the stairs on each floor.

amazing stay even though the place is a little smaller than expected . great service & friendly staff. its a little hard to book grab to come over to the hotel entrance, i chose to book it at baiyoke sky and walk over instead, v convinient location with a food street just right outside at night

Fantastic location and worth for the money. However, the bathroom door cannot be closed properly and the shower heater did not work out. Poor soundproofing as I can hear the voice from the next door when they laugh.

Nice stay overall
The staff are friendly and the room is rather spacious and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with numerous street side stalls (selling all sorts of food, clothes, shoes) and massage parlors conveniently accessible. Moreover, it's just 10-15 min walk from BTS station The only minor downside is that it's hard for Grab drivers to come in due to the heavy traffic flow (mainly caused by super narrow streets). Nevertheless, this is partly resolved by the fact that there are tons of taxis that you can easily flag down (and quickly negotiate for a mutually-agreeable price).

The hotel wifi on the 6th floor are not functioning, although highlighted several times, the receptionist only tell is my phone problem but yet, my family member all hp can't access the wifi. The room is small and the shower heater are not functioning. Kinda regret booked this hotel. Prefer my last stay at the Grand Alpine Hotel.

Awesome location!
Overall, great stay. Close to Pratunam market! Great for shoppers. Nearby, a lot of eateries too. Only set backback, superior room was small and floor was a little bit sticky on check-in day n air con not cold! Other wise, good place to stay. Check in was speedy! Just need to mentioned Saengkam as it's on the road opposite 7 Eleven. Staff was very helpful!

Room is quite small and walking passage is cramp. Have to bring toiletries as no shampoo and body wash were provided. One of the room we stayed the safe box and vacuum flask were faulty. As shared by other reviewers, aircon was working but not cold even though there was a fan provided in the room.

Bed was so-so, and only one FLAT pillow was given. After the 1st night we couldn't take it and requested to shift to another room. Service was very fast and they shifted us to another room immediately despite it being 1am. The new room did not have any hair dryer too plus the mirror was broken. Overall it was an average stay, but wouldn't go back again. Location is EXCELLENT though.

Awesome stay.
Great hotel with good staffs. The room was clean everyday without fail. Its in the pratunam area so night markets and pratunam morning market is just nearby. Overall a good stay with good company. Will definitely go back.

Did booking 1mth ago before trip. When i arrive, told me they given up my room the first night that i booked a mth ago to regulars that always come. And booked a room for me at coz inn(some hotel that is located at v back and dark of street, dirty and small room runs by all indian, dont feel safe at all, 0securities for 3ladies). Attitude was v bad when i say its not accptble aft taking a look at the another hotel and the room. Its like they book a 1star hotel for me when i paid for doesnt tally. Hotel staff dont willing to help at all and attitude is very very bad. Laise with them about the next few days stay and manage to get money refund for the first night after a super long tiff. Staff has the threaten tone and face. We are 3 ladies that check in, knowing that we have no hotel to stay in, they are not willing to help at all. Not even at the offer to help to see if theres any other hotel rooms that are available for the night aft all its all their fault. Aft checked in and subquent stay: Air con was located right infront of the toilet door which aircon couldnt be felt at all at the sleeping area. Its rather clean and pretty in the room itself. But the design of the room needs to be improve. Pillows iz super flat, blankets dont seems to be clean. Left my items behind and staff is not intiative to give you a call or email to inform you about lost & found. Bad service all in all. Although the price iz reasonable to stay in but all in all not worth at all!

Hotel over booked and nightmare begins
Very Bad experience.. I book for 5 nights. Stayed 3nights, the recept informed me on the 4th day out of sudden that they are overbook and asking me to cancel my booking through Expedia and recommanded me to stay at another hotel. I had to pay cash at another hotel. Blutique ensure me that there will not be any charges and admin fee if I cancel blutique reservation. Till now, I have not get my refund from Expedia and my bills are here. Expedia say can't get through hotel phone line to confirm it so can't refund me. Btw.. Another tourist had been ask to move out too and they had a big quarrel at the hotel lobby with the recept as they refuse to move out. Stay at your own risk. I have wasted half a day to settle into new hotel.

Excellent Location - located 5mins walk from Platinum Mall, smack in the middle of Pratunam Market. Dont expect too much from the hotel though. We were downgraded as they were running full capacity when we reached. I booked 2 hotel rooms for 5d4n. But was given a standard room throughout our stay. When they reimbursed the difference, it was not even half of what I should be getting. Bed bugs. Creaky cupboards. Room was super small. Dont get if you are big sized .

Overall stay was great. Hotel is located near to Pratunam Market and Baiyoke Sky Hotel, via walking distance of 5mins. Pratunam Market opens daily as early as 6am, great for shopping. Nearest BTS Skytrain is at Phaya Thai, interchangeable via Airport Rail Link (Ratchaprarop), which is around 10mins walking distance from the hotel. 15-20mins Walking distance to Platinum Shopping Mall, Central World and Erawan Shrine. Siam Paragon, Siam Center & MBK Center are also reachable via BTS Skytrain or walkable for those enjoy walking down the streets in Bangkok. Hotel staffs were attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean, although there was one night where we found a small cockroach in the basin in one of the rooms. We booked two Triple Rooms for the first 3 nights and returned here for the last 3 nights in Bangkok. Aircond was cold for the first 3 nights, but upon returning, the aircond in one of the rooms we checked-in at Level 7 weren't cold despite complaining to the reception. They came up to do some settings but to no avail. No offer for change of room and we didn't insist as well since we only went back to the room very late at night. We will recommend this hotel to relatives and friends when they visit Bangkok.

For the price, it's pretty good
Room is clean and cosy. To get hot water for shower you need to turn to right instead of the usual left. Hotel service is pretty decent, able to get us a cab to the airport at pretty good rate. There isn't any real sounds proof though, be prepared to be awoken by neighboring guests.

Cheap hotel that satisfies basic requirements
Relatively convenient, about 7 minutes walk from the skytrain that we took from the airport. It satisfy the basic cleanliness and walking distance from the central malls such as Platinum, Siam Paragon etc. Morning stalls are set up right around the corner in the morning.
