Air condition, WiFi are good but room is so dark and small. One of male staff isn’t kind and some regular customer and hostel staff like friends. Looks like annoying for me.

I enjoyed my stay in isanook hostel very much! Bed is clean and good, with many plugs available(up to 4!) beside the bed, and comes with independent bed lights. Kitchen There is a washing machine and dryer at the 2nd floor with a fee, also a place to hang your clothes beside it. Wifi speed is super fast, it expires every 3 days and you will need to get a new password if you're planning to use the wifi more. Bathroom is great! All as in photos exactly. Very kind front desk ladies and cleaners. comfy bed, good lockers. good water pressure and clean bathrooms all the time. wish they dont have to charge for the towels. But overall stay was nice.

Everything was overall good in the hostel! Definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed. One thing to improve is for the staff in the reception to learn more about Bangkok, as we were asking some questions and answer was usually I don't know.

This place is extremely clean and comfortable. The mini mart and coffee shop are around the same prices as 7-11. How OCD on keeping the place clean? They were cleaning the AC units with a pressure washer.

Can’t find a better hostel
This place is modern, clean and safe. Staff are amazing and make you feel like you are at a home away from home. Super clean. Easy waking distance to a night market, temple and tones of street food is 1 minute walk. Highly recommend this place.

Incredible value for a hostel
This hostel honestly blew my mind, it was the first hostel I stayed at ever and I didn’t expect anything remotely like it. Everything was extremely clean from the lobby to the bedroom. -Bathrooms were premium (though shared, better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at), and comes equipped with soap/shampoo and even a blow dryer for hair!! -Bedrooms were tip top, mattresses were incredibly comfortable, actually set the bar too high for all the other hostels I’ve stayed at to even compare. thick and soft and big enough to roll around on without falling off. -Breakfast buffet is well worth it. For the extra few bucks, good selection and constant turn over it’s actually quite fresh. -Staff had some volunteers that spoke more than one language so easy communication, always ready to help and go above and beyond -Baggage storage is also available there, wish I new before I dropped it off at Bangkok Self Storage -Lounge areas and balcony also quite nice and plenty of space. My best experience with them was after I dropped something from my pocket outside the building. Though I was not hopeful about finding what I lost, the manager took me through the camera footage and investigated with me for close to an hour while other staff looked around. incredible service, honestly just blown away considering the price. Made some great friends and plenty of young backpackers for a crowd. I’m coming back here anytime I go to Thailand for sure.

Execellent location
Beds could have been cleaner. My original bed had long black asain hair from someone else before me. When i was switched beds this bed also had hair...and a nail polished toe nail in it. Not impressed with the cleaning. Also over night on my first 2 nights there were no toilet paper in the girls 3rd floor washroom. Had to keep going to the secound floor both nights. Otherwise nice facility with hair dryer, kitchen, fridge/freezer. Computer and printer for free use. Location is a bit distant from sights or pubic transit. Lots of Great street food really close. They could have had drinking water on site.

ISANOOK - Simply a paradise
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. A little paradise inside BKK. It's interesting that the Hotel/Hostel itself summons a certain respect from people. At some hostels, people are disrespectful. At ISANOOK everyone was respectful, staff and guests.

Great stay. "Parent" company is across the street
Room card was unable to switch on the air-con on the last two nights. The staff did great by leaving the remote control on the last night. The bed is clean and comfortable. The blanket/comforter is of reasonable thickness. Great for upper deck where you could be next to the AC, and it's not too bad for the lower deck as well. Each bed structure is solid and firm, and doesn't squeak at all for any movements (it's a nightmare for everyone if it's squeaky). For upper deck, it's easy to climb. Each bed has 2 double power outlets, one of which is for the lamp. Ample power outlets is important for me, and iSanook provides the most outlets, among all other hostel/dormitories that I had stayed in Asia. The space in the room is a little cramp, but it's good enough for short stay. Would be great if there is curtain for each bed for extra privacy, but it's not too bad to have an open space after all, as I enjoyed great interaction with my bunk mates from different countries on different nights. For the affordable price, this is one of the best hostel stay I ever had. Oh! i-Sanook Residence is just across the street. So it's very convenient if you need to access facilities like gym/pool/breakfast/bar or extra staff to help.

Wonderful hostel
I would stay here again if I ever returned to Bangkok. Although it was a little out of the way, I enjoyed the walk to the different areas of Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the communual areas and the dorm were extremely comfortable and very modern. The shower facilities were great too. I would recommend to anyone. By far the best hostel I have stayed in!

Nice and Friendly
This hostel is close to public transportation. Old town is not too far, just a 15 minute walk to the taxi boat. Really friendly staff. Laundry right around the corner and good food. The hostel was clean and comfortable. Something going on every night at the hostel. A good place if you want to go out or stay in and chill.

A Posh Jem!
For a hostel, very posh! Helpful staff - shout out to Alex, the manager at the connected hotel.. Big screen TV in the lobby with all the channels.. A small army of maids keep everything tidy; they even make everyone's bed daily.. Everything immaculately clean and modern.. Bathroom area like a 4 star hotel.. Third floor is female only.. For 200 baht extra, you get access to the hotel's pool/gym/hot tub.. In a quirky "back street" neighborhood, always busy with locals.. 3 little restaurants around the corner have cheap, high quality food.. 10 minute walk to Metro - 15 minute walk to Silom/Patpong area.. This is a "go to" place, for sure!

A great hostel at an amazing price!
i-Sanook is a great hostel at very good value. The accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable, modern and an excellent place to relax and meet other travellers. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are great and the social area is a cool place to chill out. The wifi was pretty good throughout the hostel during my stay at i-Sanook. I will definitely come back here when I visit Bangkok in the future.

Great Hostel!
I was very impressed with iSanook. I do not typically stay in hostels, so I opted for the 4-bed Girls Dorm. It was very clean, all facilities were in great condition and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area was very nice as well. You could walk to many things and a short taxi ride got you to plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities.

I wouldn't Stay Here Again
I would not stay at this place again. The dorm rooms with 8 beds were very clean and comfortable. The beds were good quality and air conditioning nice. The cleaning ladies were very diligent. But outside the dorms in the hallways, kitchen, toilet areas and common TV lounge, the windows and doors were left open allowing the hot, humid, tropical air in making it sticky and uncomfortable. Additionally, I saw little creatures running around the kitchen eating scraps off dirty dishes which people left in the sink for the staff to clean. I'm an older man, I would never leave dirty dishes for others to wash, particularly since there was an automatic dishwasher right there. Because it's a Hostel which typically caters to youth, the front desk staff were mostly young girls who were very nice and friendly, but often unfamiliar with how to help travelers from foreign countries. This place would be fine if they closed the windows to keep out the hot, humid air and little creatures.
