No clean room , very bad WiFi , 4 tv station Only one English and not clear reception We killed 3 roaches in the room warning signs Left n right to customers ETC.

Good location but noisy.
I could not be believe how big this hotel was and we had the smallest window in our room. Ideally located but very noisy as it is on the main road. May i suggest double glazing. It should not cost much to do judging by the size of the window in our room :)

EXPEDIA-->TAKE IT OFF THE 4-STAR HOTEL LIST!!! Jesus, this old hotel should be a 3-star or less. Do some homework for your clients. My room was dungeon-like, paint pealing, flimsy tables and chairs, window which I wanted to pay extra for leads to nowhere (next building's wall and my a/c) and noisy too, etc.

Not as expected!!
Location of the hotel is good, easy excessable. Breakfast is 4/10, no refill when empty, overly sweet drinks and overly salted food, but still edible. Wifi needs to login everytime when using. Only shampoo is given and a bar of soap. Saw 1 small cockroach and 1 medium size cockroach. I thought I booked a hotel with bathtub, but there was none!! Hotel looks more like 2star than a 4star.

The worst hotel I ever stayed
No facilities,no pool,very noisy,no windows,I found several times cockroaches in the room. The walls are so slim that you can hear the neighbors farting. I won't recommend to no one this place.

I book Grand Deluxe Room but was given normal room and breakfast was very,very bad. No refill when empty. Room was new but no toothbrush, shaver, bath foam(only a small piece of soap), shampoo was bad too. Window was very, very small & open it is aircon compressor. Wifi need to lock in everytime you in Hotel. Is don't look like 4 star ( 2 star only). How to refund the room ?

Seems, the hotel is in renovation process. Very noisy when in the afternoon time and smell paint. Also, very dusty coz the workers do the renovation But, very close to the shopping mall and market Easy to find Public Transportation and About 10-15 mins walk to BTS Station

Cheap stay at an Ex-mall
This hotel is no doubt an ex-mall. Bed was nice, and I found the front counter staff to be quite nice. Bathroom shower was broken, very limited bathroom amenities (only 1 very small bottle of shampoo, just enough for 1), and a small thin soap. No toothbrush, shaver, comb etc. Buffet breakfast there was the worst I have ever seen. None of the food was kept warm. They do fried eggs (only fried), and if you don't get them soon after being cooked, they will be cold too. Some fruit, and 2 juices, but if you are doing your breakfast a little late, fruit and juice may be gone or limited, they don't re-stock. No cereal. White bread only, can be toasted, butter supplied and one cheap jam/jelly. Directions to the hotel on the hotel site are not accurate - I found 2 different ways for the site to show you where the hotel is, and they are both wrong. It is actually on the corner of Petchaburi Road and Soi Petchaburi 13. It is a pretty quirky place, and because of that, I wouldn't say don't stay here, but, if you do stay, do yourself a favour, don't book in for more than 1 night!

The outside reception look normal but once inside the open big space/area, dim light and the not working escalators make you feel creepy and scary. Wifi not working in the room and most of the time the reception/lobby area also not working. I stayed in room 309 which was very deep in and without window. The room is big with very simple basic furniture, shower only can reach luke warm water, light too dim inside and outside the room. Location is good with many street store selling clothes, bags, food etc. you can bargain here. It also very near to famous shopping mall like Platinum, MBK, Central World, Siam Paragon etc

it was my 2nd time to stay in metro resort pratunam but unfortunately im dissappointed because there receptionist is still don't understand well inn english and its hard to explain such thing to them.

Unfriendly reception and Hospital-like hotel
I'm a single traveller stayed 5 days 4 nights and I was given a double bed so I was requesting for a queen size bed and said it was not available so they asked me to wait for their call to let me know once they have available ones for the next day (which I think they should have but just refused to provide because they were so unfriendly) but there was no call. So I called to asked but after talking for few minutes the lady hangup on me maybe she couldn't understand my english which I understood the language barrier but its so rude of her to hangup instead of passing the phone to english speaking staff. I tried to call again but they asked me to check out first before 12noon, leave my luggage at the lobby again without their help and ask me to come back and try my luck for a queen size bed after 2pm. They have given me a duplicate paper card for the redemption of the luggage when I came back, unfortunately I have lost it and it's my mistake however they only asked me to pay 50baht to give me back my luggage. I felt the luggages are so unsafe. What if I pretended to be the owner of someone else's luggage and pay only 50baht? They should have required at least passport for security. The location is good but hotel aura is bad and crippy because the building is old and something like a hospital converted into hotel. The buffet breakfast was so so and the hotel photos are way too far from reality.

Worse experience in bangkok metro resort.
Booked a double size bed n when arrived, told us rooms only left with 2 single beds. After making some noise, beds were available for us. Booked 4 rooms, and all 4 rooms at different levels. Difficult for friends meet up. Stated can checked in at 3pm but ended up 3.45pm then checked in. All rooms are smoke free...cannot smoke inside. Fine 2000baht. Best part was stated free WiFi, in the end only 1 person limited to the WiFi. Signal was poor. No auto sign in. Need to sign in and join WiFi Everytime reached hotel room. No ramp access to hotel. Difficult for large luggage & wheel chaired personnel. Very rude ladyboy counter staff. But there's a guy who is helpful enough to help me with my Thai sim card settings. Too angry with hotel WiFi so bought sim card myself. Hotel lobby no aircon?? Save electricity.... Photos advertised in the net are nice. But when you are there, it's totally different. Rooms not sound proof. Especially when group of people walked past, u can hear it. And can hear doors closing opposite or next door. Wanted to cancel n change hotel on second day, called Expedia n hotel management and was told not refundable. So LL stayed another 4 days. It's a total dissppointment for me staying in this hotel. Bad experience for this holiday.👎

HORRIBLE!!!
This hotel was horrible and GROSS. The walls were pealing the bathroom smelled like pee, there was hair on the bed and the air conditioner didnt work. THis place was horrible. I have no idea where they got the pictures from that they advertise, but it isnt the inside of their hotel. Or maybe it is just one room that they renovated, but nothing else looks liek that. There was a spider in the bathtub and mold in the ceiling.

One night was enough
Stayed in the hotel for a night before moving to Pattaya. The hotel looked like it was converted from old shopping mall or something. Stuff was friendly and room was clean but... When moving more actively on the bed, in addition to squeaking and creaking, the light went off and on and off and on and off. You can imagine. So just went to sleep. In the morning we woke up to noise from corridor. It felt like it's inside the room. If someone opened their door nearby it felt like it's our room's door. Definitely won't be staying in this place again.

The room overall is ok, but if you need the WIFI inside room or even at Lobby Hotel, the internet line keep drop!!! Hope that Metro Resort Pratunam management can look this internet WIFI connection for better hotel facilities / comfort.

トランジットの滞在であまり考えておらず、ディスカウントもあったので決めた。廊下・通路が必要以上に広く、もともと別の用途で作られたビルではないかと思ってしまった。　シャワーの湯量は控えめ。喚起のための窓はついているが網戸がついてないため虫が入ってくるのを恐れて閉めていた。

街に近くて便利。
街の中心部に近く、サイアムやプラトゥナムに歩いて10分で行けるので便利。 団体客が多いので、団体客と同じ時間になると、フロントが機能していない。 お湯が出るまでにとても時間がかかる。 客室は広くて、キレイ。
