There was a staff who spoke English well and recommended us some places to visit. It was very clean, well maintained and good location. It’s in the middle of big street, and local market places, pretty accessible to BTS skyline.

Door wont shut completely. Wall so thin i could hear next door shower. AC doesnt get any cool and started to leak in middle of night. Bed side wall was covered in dust.

Well to me it’s definitely a cozy hotel 5 years ago. But when I’m back I’d say they really did try to maintain the place and 5 years is a pretty Long time which causes facilities like my room air conditioning to break down on my last night of the stay , which of course made me feel frustrated, the reception did offer me a change of room but that was it with no compensation or remorse about the trouble it caused me . But overall I’ll say it’ll be nice if the management did something about it instead . Other than that issue other services were just minimal and not going through their “customers first” attitude which a hotel practice.

Location is superb, its 3 mins away from BTS ratchadewi. The place is very clean, rooms are good, hotel have their own spa and massage.

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. Only criticism was poor WiFi, and a very noisy Zumba class in the courtyard of the neighboring school every evening.

Nice hotel that's close the BTS! Take note that there are no elevators (not that I saw), it wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again for the excellent price and convenient central location. The hotel is very modern and has a boutique feel but does not have an elevator. If you can't walk up two small flights of stairs then do not book here. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel for the savvy traveler.

We requested a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room (the smell was quite strong) so that wasn’t overly pleasant but the room was fairly clean and it was quiet. The pillows are INSANELY hard and very uncomfortable. Good location near a BTS station.

Convenient location as hotel is near BTS. Got the suite so it seemed like I got two rooms which was very comfy. A bit dark unless all lights on. No elevator so get room on a low floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't mind booking there again.

Meh, it was okay.
Big gap under the door, some broken soap holder in the shower, no elevator. Staff was hit or miss for friendliness. They helped when asked, but ambivalently. Otherwise it's extremely nice.

Worse experience in thailand hotel
Honestly, service was very poor. We were greeted with a frown when we check in and that gave us a pretty bad impression. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. We have to ask for adaptor everyday but always unavailable. No adequate toiletries for guest. Pool was pathetic. Hotel is located further in from main road and not many locals aware therefore everytime we took a taxi or tuk tuk, we have to alight at Asia Hotel and walk about 5mins. For the amount we pay, i can surely get somewhere so much better quality and location. Will not be in any of my recommendation list

An unpleasant stay
The room is filthy. One of the bedroom smell moldy. The bathroom was full of mildew. Housekeeping didn’t do the daily routine well. No city view. The window was overlooking a disgusting gutter.
