DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 1st impression of Thailand was at hotel. Staff did not acknowledge us. Even when we were right in front of them at desk. They charge for EVERYTHING. There were 5 of us in the room-only provided 4 towels. Refused to give us another towel unless we pay per day. They said it was in writing. I asked them to show me,they said no. They wont show me - because they lied. Spoke to manager. He said he would call me back-never did. AC was not working properly. Shower was weak. There are notices that if your towel is too dirty you pay extra. Said there is no ice in the hotel- but there's a restaurant. When they 'clean' room, they just made the bed & changed towels. I remember I dropped a bottle cap next to trash. It was still there when they 'cleaned' the room. As for the shuttle...we were in line waiting. Other people came and as we were about to get on the driver said NO NO NO! YOU WAIT! He told the other people to get on. Why? No idea. Did not get a chance to find out because he just left. When he finally came back he did not drive up the driveway as he did with the other passengers. He stopped at the street then just looked at us. When he got to our stop he simply stopped. We had to ask is this the stop? The staff was unwelcoming. The reception staff was very unwelcoming. Noone spoke to us unless we spoke to them. No hello, no good day, no thank you. Thanks to Tarawish, Thailand is no longer on my come back list.

Dear Cheryl,Firstly, we apologize for what happened, especially the fabric. You have already booked a family room that can only accommodate 4 people. There are only 4 sets of clothes in the room. When you have a fifth person If you want to add towels and handkerchiefs, you will need to pay the additional fee specified by the hotel. Other feedback will be considered and used. If your accommodation does not meet your expectations, we deeply apologize.

Staffs are great, the property shall consider to enhance the sound proof wall between the rooms, cannot sleep well when someone talks at the corridors or next door.

Hotel staffs are all very helpful and friendly. Love their buggy service so much. Both of the day time and night time driver are so nice. Room and bed is big and clean , hot water is hot enough. Will be back again

Quite a new building. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and very helpful. The property quite far from main street but they provide buggy service which they will drop you to the main street or convenient store and can arrange for pick up from the main street. Good value for money.

Super close to nite market and the train station- is a little tricky to find the train station, but once you find it, it is close to the hotel. The hotel tuktuk is a plus to bring u out to many convenience stores. near to many shopping area.

Hotel looks new and clean. Design is simple & modern. Staff are also very friendly and attentive. The only setback for me is the hotel is rather too deep from main road (about 800-900m away). Thank god they also provide buggy service for sending you to the nearest convenient store or main road.

Comfort hotel near Pratunam morning market. Room is spacious, simple but comfortable. Room was not cleaned daily, we booked three rooms for 4 nights, 2 rooms were missed out from cleaning for 2 days until we feedback to the hotel staffs. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. A shutter is available 24 hours on call which is convenient.

24 hours 2 way buggy. Staff are overall friendly, hotel is no frills and basic. Pillows not suitable and comfortable for side sleepers, bed was slanted to one side due to abused pocketed spring mattress, though corridor noises can be heard but glad we were right at the end

Excellent location. Hotel is located behind airport link station. There is a hotel buggy ride to 3 locations available 24 hours daily. Very convenient! However our room aircon was terrible. Not only it was not cold, it was even leaking dirty water badly that splashed onto the bed till we got to change room to sleep in the middle of the night at 3am. We left our stuff in the room and slept in another room. But the hotel rectified this issue the next day and we were able to stay in the same room for the rest of our trip.

There are only two things that were good about this hotel. Firstly they have a free 24 hour buggy service dad brings you to two convenience stores and a main road near platinum mall. Secondly it is located near the airport railway line. But do beware, the staff are not very polite. The front counter staff almost never smile, and in fact one of them snapped at my brother When it was their fault for forgetting him when he asked for a buggy and then when he reminded them about it. This is also one of those hotels that you have to explicitly tell them to clean your room if not they will leave it dirty. Lastly I was not very happy death day ask for a 1000 baht refundable deposit upon check-in. I think the deposit is a little bit high and a little out of the norm. Does some hotels do I ask for such a deposit they did they typically only ask for 500 b lastly I was not very happy that they ask for a one Towsen but refundable deposit upon check-in. I think the deposit is a little bit high and a little out of the norm. Though some bangkok hotels do ask for such a deposit dated day typically only ask for 500 baht.

Pretty good hotel
Location of hotel was pretty good. Great that they provide buggy services to bring you out to the main streets. The hotel is located too close to the train station and can be quite noisy depending on where your room is located.

Great little hotel, if a little hard to locate
Nice hotel, clean, modern rooms. Next to airport link train, which can be a plus and a minus, as trains are noisy during the daytime. Location is fairly central but it's a little hard to find and quite far from main road. You may be tempted to walk down the old railway tracks to get there, don't! Google maps shows an easier route.

Good Location with free buggy service
+ The hotel is located near Phaya Thai Airport Link / BTS via a short cut, hence it is very convenient. + There is also 24h free buggy service to the main road of the shopping area. + Clean and comfy room. - Don't expect extra service from the hotel staff. My mum was feeling unwell on the second day, so I called the front desk to ask if there is any medical clinic nearby the hotel so that I could bring my mum there. The hotel staff told me that there could be some medical clinic near the main road. When I asked for any clinic she could recommend, here is what the hotel staff said "I don't know. You have to check yourself." While I understand that the hotel staff may not really know of any clinic, but I feel quite disappointed with the staff's reply. She could sound more pleasant in answering or offer some help.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good with the BTS just a few mins away. Only drawback is our room was facing the railway tracks. Occasionally you will hear the train passing by.

Everything was excellent apart from breakfast , very boring and not geared towards foreign guests . Rooms very comfortable and clean , staff very helpful and polite. Location down a long narrow road but workable as hotel tuktuk is available at all times. If you want shopping in Pratunam area then location is fine , for other things maybe location is not so good.
