Hotel was clean. Area around hotel not so good but not hotels fault. Night time sleeping a lot of base thumping until early hours of morning.

Looking for a place to have good food, a drink, a place to party until sunrise maybe? Look no further! This clean hotel with friendly staff is right in the heart of Khao San road and you just need to walk out the lobby for it. Tuk tuks right outside if you need to go elsewhere and honestly the noise was barely noticeable once inside so you’re still able to sleep well. Maybe bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive but this place is really worth it in my opinion.

Mulberry Khaosan is an ultimate experience area. The area is rocking with night life and great food. We tried alligator street food. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Room attendants were so helpful in whatever is needed and did a great job of keeping room clean. Young adults would love this experience. Gets loud at night, but I had no problem sleeping through it.

This is in the center of Khoa San Road and it can be a great oasis and refuge in the center of the action. However, if you have a room on the lower floors above the club, sleep may be difficult to achieve. Until 3 am. The staff are suburb and on my 4th visit there, I am coming back. It is compact, but everything is in good order and super clean. I was able to store my items for half the day until my airport run.

Good location but…..
….stayed here for a couple of nights on our tour of Thailand. Great location and a comfortable hotel. Rooms can be nosier depending where you are. I wouldn’t book if you intend on an early night. One of my bookings was “lost” and they wanted me to pay direct and they would refund. I pointed out they couldn’t refund a booking they couldn’t find. I stood my ground and eventually checked in with no additional cost. For price and location it’s perfect if you want to party the night away. If not stay around the corner for the best of both

We stayed for 5 nights in 2 bedrooms..Housekeeping was not clean the room or bathroom just touch up the bed2. A roll of toilet paper for 3 persons in 2 bedrooms was never enough of course!!! We have to ask for it and walk down to get one at a time with front desk. Only one cheap iron without an iron board to share with the whole hotel. How poor! Very noisy if you try to sleep before 2 am. Like the location but definitely not come back to stay here again. For what we pay you can get good service and clean hotels around there for sure!

The only highlight of the property is that it is well decorated. It’s extremely noisy to such an extent that the whole room vibrates. This will last until 2am every day. When I asked for a quieter room the staff initially said no, when I insisted they gave me their quietest room. Even with ear plugs in and despite being a heavy sleeper, it was impossible to sleep. I am someone who can fall asleep anywhere, but not here. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS The shower runs hot and cold entirely unpredictably so you switch from burning to freezing. Even though it’s newly built the paint is peeling off the walls.

This hotel is on the center of the Kaho San road - which means you can hear the music and feel the bass from the street until 3am. The double window does not help...we had to sleep with ear plugs.

I liked the atmosphere and location. Staff was friendly, I asked for a towel the day of our checkout, they said they couldnt give me one. I was pretty taken back. They said they can only give me one. The room was kind of small too but overall fine.

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja kaunis, eli vastasi kuvia. Khao San Roadin meteli kuului vaimeana huoneeseen, mutta ei häirinnyt yöuniamme. Hotellissa oli kaikki kohdallaan asiakaspalvelua lukuunottamatta: respassa istuvia työntekijöitä ei olisi voinut vähempää kiinnostaa majoittumisemme, palvelu oli välinpitämätöntä ja hymytöntä. Sisäänkirjautuessa ei myöskään kerrottu check-out aikaa tai hotellin palveluista (esim uima-allas tms).

通りに面していない部屋だったので、騒音は気になりませんでした。カオサン通りの端にあるのでタクシーも捕まえやすいです。 スタッフも笑顔で丁寧に接してくれるので印象とても良かったです。 設備や広さは値段なりですが、悪い点はありません。 でも、プールを24:00まで開けてほしい。あんなに素敵なプールだから。

Very central position in the street of Khao San, new structure inside and very clean. Staff helpful. Only thing the rooms are a bit tight, not a problem though cause in Bangkok we barely were at our room.

Lo mejor ha sido la ubicación ya que al estar en pleno Khaosan Road me ha venido bien para ver lo esencial de Bangkok y coger algunas excursiones que salían de esta calle. Y la piscina en la azotea no estaba mal aunque el agua no estaba siempre muy limpia. Lo peor: sé que el estar ubicado en pleno Khaosan Road implica que el ruido y la fiesta de la noche la tengas al lado de la habitación pero justamente por eso esperaba que el hotel hubiese sido construido con una mejor insonorización ya que se escucha muchísimo todo el ruido de fuera y es difícil dormir (estuve en la planta 4). Por otro lado, el personal de recepción no fue muy simpático. Si tuviera que quedarme en esta zona de Bangkok elegiría otro hotel

Bom hotel na rua mais movimentada da cidade
Gostamos bastante do hotel. Não tem café mas isso não foi empecilho pois tem vários locais no entorno para tomar café. Ele fica no meio da rua mais movimentada e barulhenta da cidade, e mesmo com as janelas duplas, passava um pouquinho de som. Mas não tivemos problema pois já sabíamos desse detalhe. Cama muito confortável e ótimo chuveiro.
