Not great.
The staff were nice but the hotel was rundown and was not clean. There was two of us in a room and we got one bath towel each. No hand towel or hair towels. Our room was full of mosquitoes, which we had to clean out every night. The air-conditioning did not work properly and the room is very very hot at night.

Very basic.. we were in 4th floor hot water wasn't reaching. No windows.. floors are dirty. Wont stay again

I arrived from the airport and was told that there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation number and had prepaid for the room. I also told them that 2 of my friends would be arriving from Germany and that they also had booking confirmation numbers for their rooms. Finally the hotel came up with one room, but this was not ok since all 3 of us wanted to stay in the same hotel. The front desk told me to look at other hotels for accommodation. I then left and went to other hotels in the area to find rooms. The whole thing was a bad experience and showed me how incompetent this hotel was.

It is possibly that the hospitality industry in Bangkok facing the shortage of human resource . I arrived at the hotel at about 4 o' clock in the afternoon , and I have to wait for more than five minutes until a female receptionist greeted me and allocated my room . It was a little disappointed that the room has no smart telephone charging port and does not provide a steel safety box . I was arranged for a room without the window . Nevertheless , my room was cleaned very tidy and nothing been stolen .

Overall the property is reasonable but I was disappointed that there was no hot water for the shower. Turning the hot water on full and it was cool, at best.

Just Walk
Room was spacious for 2 people. Bed is very close to the floor. Top sheet was never changed. Because it was a smoking room due to the ashtray on the nightstand and I don't smoke, the sheet that was never changed had the same burnt stain on it. Air conditioner was great. It kept the room very cold. Only one electronic key card for the room. During my stay, there were several uninvited crawly guest lurking around the room. Need to have stronger toilet flushing. Hotel situated at a dead end felt safe. Not a lot of people traffic. Walking distance to the Tram Station, Starbucks, Burger King, Money Exchange, Convenience Stores, Police Station, Food Vendors/Restaurants, Patpong Night Market, Massage Parlors, and don't forget the variety of Night Clubs. You could find all that you need just by stepping onto the main street. Reading my review, you might think that this place isn't for you. Though the experience wasn't 4 stars, this place had a bed, bathroom, air conditioner, and easy access to all that I needed without having to wave a taxi/bus/tuk tuk down. Just walk.

Staff was friendly. Some speak English and most don’t. My room had cockroach infestation issue. Woke up with two cockroaches on my bed and some on the floor. The bathroom was the worst where cockroaches scattered every time I turned the lights on.

Looks much better than the pictures. Room was bright and clean. Cleaned quickly each day. Much nicer and friendly feeling than a normal “ budget “ motel. I needed to turn off the fridge at night as it would make noise Good location. Airport shuttle on sight pic ups are very helpful

We requested for a kettle, as it's not provided in the room. But the reception informed that we need to get the hot water at the Ground Floor cafe area. The staff was so nice to have helped us to cook our noodles with the hot water. Location is great, near night market, pharmacy, money exchange, near main road and 10mins walk to Sala Deng BTS train.

Close to night life , busy areas with lots to enjoy. Good location very close to public transport (BTS Skytrain). However , Room cleanliness needs improvements (bad smell in the room, fridge is not clean, cockroaches sometimes)

Pleasant and Safe Stay
All in all, it was a good stay. Room was very clean, TV reception was strong, WIFI was strong female staff friendly. The male staff during check in was OK, did not give me the Welcome to our hotel kind of greeting, maybe due to language :) Housekeepers were very friendly and did their job efficiently. Did not have time to try out the in house restaurant though I did see quite a number of diners. Air conditioning was good and location convenient for shopping and food. Only minus point is that as I was working in the room most times, there was some drilling and hacking kind of a job going on which disrupted the afternoon and early evening peace. Good value for money

Very reasonable price, basic room. Safety deposit box at reception, no safe in room. Nice in house restaurant with reasonable prices. The shower pressure wasn’t very good! Overall pretty satisfied for the price!
