The staff are very friendly and helpful. They personalise their service and provide excellent hospitality. Mr Minahj of the hotel restaurant very nice. He personally remembered my requests and followed it to the T the next day. Staff are very keen on improving their service and they are open to hear what you want.

Very nice staff, they go out of their way to help. Rooms are okay, the carpet in the room feels old. Housekeeping was excellent and provided ample bottled water every day.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic: a large selection of fresh fruit, fresh juices, a huge Indian, Bangladeshi and Western buffet, nice breads, and the selection changes every day.

This was my 4th of 5th times staying in this hotel. The recent stayed, I requested for late checkout as my flight was at night. They allowed me to have late checkout and complimentary from the hotel. I was very delightful and really happy with the service rendered to me and my family during our 2 nights stay. I'll definitely come back to Lakeshore Banani for my next trip to Bangladesh.

The bellboy is very friendly and helpful. He took the initiative to help me book Uber when i have problem with my booking. The only disappointment i have is the hotel didn't allow any late check out though i stayed there for 4 nights and my friends got late check-out at 1pm and 2pm! Wifi is not consistent and sometimes is quite slow.
