Comfortable bed, great breakfast, nice staff, though the two drink vouchers I had to ask for and wasn't told I could use them for coffee at breakfast...no place for toiletries in the bathroom at the sink...service done on the second day though only 1 towel left when there was two people and the tea and coffee and milk wasn't replaced...room service outside other rooms were not picked up quickly...they stayed there for a long period overnight...not very hygienic at all.

A great location for easy access across the CBD and easy walking to metro and tram station, and easy access to World Square eateries. Room was overall nicely appointed and a comfortable size, but a little dated in places and the hotel is showing it's age somewhat in terms of wall scuffs, carpet, bathroom tiles. However a comfortable stay, quiet, and good location for business in the city.
