Casa Bonay was an amazing stay! The room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The hotel itself has a great cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar which was a great perk in addition to being in a great area in Barcelona.

We found this hotel after being extremely dissatisfied with our original hotel. I must say…it was amazing. High ceilings, very clean, kind staff, spacious, nice amenities, great location. Safe to say we very much enjoyed our time here. They even have beach towels you can borrow too. Only odd thing was the electricity sometimes didn’t work for short periods of time. Otherwise, we LOVED it here.

Wonderful experience

Great experience with family, first time Barcelona. Warm hospitality of staff! They provide bottle water and shower hair care products are from my favorite malin-goetz!!! Location is amazing, close to major attractions and shopping center! Supermarket and great brunch restaurants nearby!

Everyone was very helpful & friendly. And they spoke English very well. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the restaurants, cafe or the roof top bar. A special shout out to Santiago for helping us with taxi's & giving us a map & marking recommended sites to visit. Would stay again!

100% would not recommended. Small, uncomfortable room no space to even open a suitcase no place to put your toilette bag, the shower was dirty, the sheets were rough and the staff unhelpful. The bed mattress was cheap and very uncomfortable Looks like a place for remote workers and hipster travelers who don’t know better. Who allows a laptop at a nice hotel bar? Never again. Not worth the instagram up charge. The food at the restaurant also made me sick. Shame.

The room was nice, there were three of us on this trip and we booked the Deluxe Triple room. I got the sofa bed and while firm it was still comfortable. The shower stall was nice and large and I liked that the toilet had a sliding door to separate it from the sink. The water pressure was a little weaker than I’m used to but still pretty decent. The room also had a mini fridge, safe, and a hanging rod for your clothes. While the room didn’t come with an iron/ironing board, we just called the front desk and was able to borrow one. The room also came with a full-size hair dryer, bathrobes, and bedroom slippers. Location wise, Casa Bonay is conveniently located to a lot of the tourist spots (we simply walked to Sagrada Família), plus the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel also has multiple dining options. Had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Amazing honeymoon location

Honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We visited for our honeymoon and staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - they even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. They answered every query or request immediately. My wife and I both have dietary needs, and they were very well catered to with the excellent breakfast. Everything was spotless, and beautifully designed - definitely hipster vibes going on! Amazing cocktails and the rooftop bar is so nice. Lovely location, close to two different metro lines, and bus stops right outside the hotel.

Fantastic hotel!

Our experience at Casa Bonay was outstanding from beginning to end. Santiago was very helpful and was able to get us an additional night stay in an upgraded room with just a few days notice. My husband and I were there for a combo business/vacation. We spent the first couple of days at another hotel which was terrible and left early to switch to Casa Bonay. So glad we did. We had a deluxe room overlooking the main street. It was super comfortable and had lots of character. The restaurant was excellent (need to make a reservation since it gets busy) and we loved the bakery and the lounge which had a great vibe. The hotel is centrally located and near a metro so easy to get anywhere. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
