"I was in a recently refurbished room and had a problem working the technologically advanced light switch, but recognise that’s my error. Taking the key out solved the issue. It was a warm night in London but the air con worked a treat. I don’t eat breakfast but the cafe area was teeming with patrons and the coffee smelt really good !"

I loved the location and how close it was to everything such as the tube, dining options, water area, etc. It was just really nice and so walkable. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Stayed here on a vacation with my small family of three. The hotel is unique and very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is pretty close to Canary Wharf and the bus stop is right out front. Easy hope on to get anywhere. Strangely, London traffic makes everything a half hour away, no matter where you want to go."

"Quick and easy check in. Staff are all polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a window but to be honest it was actually a positive for me as we had no noise or light pollution. The air purification system is fantastic and kept the room cool and fresh without the air feeling drying like most AC. The rooms are compact and would benefit from some coat hooks on the back of the door but it is a minor concern. "

"Perfect stay, cannot fault it. Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too. Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value. We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months. "
