"The staff in every aspect of this hotel are amazing! Whether greeting at the door or hallway or completing a breakfast order, each staff member was friendly and quick-to-help. Breakfast was a great price and had a big variety of items to choose from, in addition to made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, or pancakes. The airport shuttle service was a huge help for our group. The bed was comfortable and, though the air conditioner didn’t seem to change temperature levels, it kept the room a cool retreat to come back to. I would definitely stay here again, top choice!"

"This was one of best stay in a hotel anywhere. We were treated like royalty. Welcomed by every employee when we returned every night. They had the pool (spectacular view there) repaired in a rush because we wanted to swim after our days of visit. The food was plenty, international and very good. Maymur a concierge helped us plan everything, trips, taxis, visits: he was great. The suite we had was perfect; large and fully equipped. Silent with good AC. One caveat: The hot water could be just a little bit warmer. The rest: perfect."

"Best staff ever! Courteous, genuine, competent and lightning fast. Always available/on call. Spacious, clean, fully equipped rooms. Plenty of storage space. In-room snackbar plus coffee/tea set up. Strongbox, mini fridge, hair dryer. Strong shower pressure and hot water! Extra toiletries, robes and slippers available. Gorgeous dinning hall. Good selection of well made food items from 2 menus. Laundry, day driver and airport transport services all available. Separate barber available on property. Pizza Hut, gift shops and ATMs are a short 7min walk away. Love this hotel! My favorite one in Dhaka!"
