"EQ KL is a great 5 star hotel amd is very convenient for shopping and food with many great dining options nearby. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Traffic around the hotel can be quite congested at peak times so if you go somewhere by car factor some extra time in peak hour. Planning to stay there again on our next KL trip. "

"Have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times over the years. Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. There was also a very friendly & chatty doorman ( unfortunately can’t remember his name). They had a birthday cake on my return stay in June ( despite birthday was 3 days earlier). Appreciated it very much. "

"Hotel has a large pool play area and playground and rock climbing. It was school holidays and they had kids club programs. Buffet breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of variety. Close to KLCC. "
