"Location: right in Bukit Bintang, opposite Pavillion, few steps from Lot 10. Connected to KLCC by a walkway, though took a good 10-15 mins to walk. Room: nice room and awesome bathroom. Love that bathtub and shower were enclosed and wonโt wet the bathroom floor. The only criticism is flimsy thin useless pillows. Four of them equal the thickness of one pillow at Penang Marriot! That is a big let down. Gym: very nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amenities: comfortable bathrob and slippers. Nice shampoo etc. Extra point: awesome to find a Bible! Able to do our nightly reading on a hard cope instead of online."

"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"
