Check-in with Jonas at the front desk was seamless—he was patient, informative, and set the tone for an exceptional visit. The room was opulent and comfortable, and the gym exceeded expectations with its luxurious amenities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet, and Muang went above and beyond with kindness and care for the kids. "breakfast very good; service very good; shuttle good; prefer it to be around the clock…staff friendly, helpful… location good, safe; appreciate the Bayshore pathway behind the hotels…kitchen staff works hard to keep food on display; it’s rude of hotel guests to leave their plates, glasses and mess behind on the tables for staff to clean up… there are no signs indicating that guests should clean up after themselves but really they should be observant and be courteous to the kitchen staff…. overall, a wonderful stay"
