"Always a wonderful hotel. Even the basic rooms are finished to a very high standard with high quality cosmetics and facilities. The building is lovely and impeccably clean and tidy.
We’ve been coming here for several years, and will continue to do so. "
"Beautiful grounds! Stay in the manor house as the courtyard garden rooms are the old servants quarters. Breakfast was good. You can’t beat the atmosphere. "
"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "
