Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree

Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed 3 nights in Club room. Staff was courteous and rooms get cleaned/checked twice a day. We thought the evening turndown service was a pleasant surprise. We also liked that the hotel is connected to the Pavilion mall. Staying in Club gave us access to the lounge and kept hubby happy with the free cocktails, canapes served daily between 5pm - 7.30pm. Breakfast was available in the lounge as well as the main restaurant. The buffet breakfast served was more than sufficient to please everyone's choice with wide variety from continental to local favourites. We will definitely check in to The Pavilion Hotel when we are in KL, making it our third stay!"

Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport

Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was just away from KL International airport terminal 1. Easy access, there is a buggy to run you and your bags to & from the hotel. More difficult for us as we came into T2 but they allowed us to store bags until our flight from t1 a few days later. Hotel was nice and lots of facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and rooms."

Aloft by Marriott Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Aloft by Marriott Kuala Lumpur Sentral

10/10 Excellent
"Aloft is centrally located with direct access to the KL train hub. The KLIA Express connects to the airport smoothly. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet (around US$16 pp) with a great variety of Western and Southeastern Asian cuisines. The rooms are very spacious and sparsely furnished, with very comfortable beds and pillows (and a not-so-comfortable sofa by the window). The train hub connects to a shopping center with an extensive selection of stores and restaurants, where you can find any amenity you may need. Highly recommended hotel."

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful renovations especially on the lower floors. Location is the best in KL as literally the Pavillion is across the road. Amazing customer service and breakfast buffet is WOW. Only stay there when in KL. Have compared to many hotels in the area. Still number 1 especially now with renovations fully complete."

8/10 Good
"Great king suite with nice dressing area and big bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 kids rollaways. Very clean large lounge area and extra toilet. View from bar was amazing of light shows on buildings. Very good for china town access. Was disappointed that bar was a cover charge on second night even for hotel guests for an event. Pool area needs some attention - bit grubby round tiles / few tiles missing on the pool. Buffet breakfast had lots of selection - eastern fare was best - don’t know why they bothered with the western stuff as it’s so compromised with the necessity to avoid pork. Egg station workers weren’t great with omelettes having raw onion and veg in rather than fried off first. No decaf coffee option at all (it’s part of Marriott - I don’t think for a chain like this it’s an unreasonable expectation. ) Buffet was super busy and a bit like a zoo with most users unable to grasp the context of a line to access the various stations so probably best to avoid the peak times for a better experience."

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur

8/10 Good
"All staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety available. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Good bathroom amenities, and large counter space in bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and we had good sleep. Only a few negative things - too many light switches around the room - we stayed for 10 nights and still couldn’t figure out which switch was for which light! And one major problem - there wasn’t much storage space to store luggage and to keep clothes. Otherwise excellent property - especially the location - most good shopping centres nearby."
