"The buggy service was very efficient - very frequent We were kindly upgraded to a premier room on the 9th Floor and received complimentary cocktails and canapés which were delicious The staff are wonderful and the facilities were great. Will definitely stay there again to and from KL "

"We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall which is their main shopping area and it is connected with air conditioned walkway which was nice. We didn't get to participate in breakfast or dinner or the pool but all looked great. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend. "
