"Great Stay. Super location...wander all the small alleys in Chinatown and notice how many buildings are being renovated. The metro is about 5 minutes away - walk over and go anywhere in KL without the hassle of traffic (I took it to the airport). Lovely pool...sunset in the pool is cool - good staff who are welcoming, informed and helpful. "

"Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend."

"Service for a disabled traveller was impeccable - so rare. 100% to the staff and hotel. Lovely hotel. Shuttle is brilliant. Did not feel like an airport hotel at all. Adjacent to the terminal - not need to leave the terminal at all. Check out care wax stunning including arranging my wheelchair assistance instantly. As someone who regularly flies and frequently has to wait 40+ minutes for a pre-booked wheelchair to arrive - this was a revelation. Really well done. "
