Friendly staff. We got in late and I was tired. The guy moved my room to a quieter part of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Will stay again.

Exceptional and professional Staff. Willing to help and serve. The hotel experience was as good as the concert we came in town for. Check in and parking process was smooth. Young, professional and courteous staff. Fast wifi connection, water, check in cocktail hour and omelet to order breakfast were stellar. Great value for money without appearing cheap. We felt like these people were glad you came. We've added them to our favorite list. Definitly referring them to our friends and family.

Five minutes away to shopping mall. Nice and quiet. Parking is good. But once you leave the property expect your spot to be gone when you come back. 4 days of my stay I’ve been parking to different spot everytime.

We found the breakfast team to be very hospitable and warm especially Mary S, Maria D and Lisbeth. The bar team are also good but they are rushed off their feet and therefore the service and cleaning areas suffer. The gym is adequate and superficially clean - it does the job. The front desk team we found that the more experienced member could actual help whereas the less experienced did not really help as they themselves were not to sure and were just googling like we were - whether this is a case of not so good management training. Overall, the hotel is located an uber drive from a metro station which takes you into the heart of DC. We would despite the snags stay here again.

Your signage is horrible, the shower isn't labelled in a way that makes it easy to use, the layout of the hotel and the parking lot are confusing, and the one thing we asked for, a blanket, wasn't really a blanket, but layers of fabric that did not unwind enough to put it over me. Your staff were wonderful, and so was breakfast.

Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and happy hour. Nice Indoor pool and gym. Pool stayed busy with families. Attached Garage parking only $20/ day - good for Bethesda. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this for a short stay and we had an amazing time my daughter loved her stay and we will be booking again . Breakfast is amazing the spread and options we so nice (I wish they had alternatives to the pork options) . Marie G was so great she brought a high chair for my daughter and was so attentive.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, even though the hotel is in the suburbs, they charged for parking. And although they have a nice pool, it is reserved from 9-11 am and 2-7 pm daily for swim lessons. Hotel guests cannot use the pool during those hrs.

The room was pretty big. There was a separate living room area and a small balcony along with the bedroom. The bathroom was also pretty spacious. The bedroom was pretty clean and the stage were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the convenience to the highway although we did hear a lot of sirens at night. It was not up to par for Embassy though. No beautiful lobby area with glass elevators, and I’ve never had to check in with the breakfast person before. Also didn’t like that there were no 2queen rooms with a sofabed. I have always appreciated these at embassy for my family of 5. It’s difficult to find. This embassy did not have that option, and although it was spacious enough to fit us all, they would not put us all down on the breakfast pass. Also, the hot tub was closed which was very disappointing, and the pool closed rather early-9. Some of the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. Some were clearly put out to be asked for things. The omelet chefs were very nice and pleasant.
