Service people are all polite and warm! It’s quiet and clean. Love the pillows!!! Only thing is nothing is in the room, no water, no coffee and no tea. Everything is payable. Small price but just wishing it will be free.

The room showed signs of age every where, maybe except it's shower room.
There's stains here and there, and the room is very dark. I seriously hope they can install more lights.
The front desk staff are friendly, and helpful.
The breakfast room needs more staffing, it's hard to find a clean table. The selection is good, but I hope they can have some variations from time to time.
I like their loewe toiletries, too bad they are pretty stingy on that.
