"The hotel need to be remodeled everything look dated. One elevator was not working the carpet inside the room and outside the hallways are filthy. The room was mising the curtains. Definetly I will not recomended this hotel. The faucets in the bathroom are not working properly, again need to be remodeled asap. "

"This place was clean and everything was there that we needed. The resort itself is beautiful with the pool and hot tub, game room, and other family friendly options. I felt safe allowing my teens to wander on their own. The drawback to this resort is you have literally nothing to do at night. You have to drive everywhere and St. Augustine is a 30 drive or Daytona 30 minutes the other way. I loved it for the relaxing atmosphere and for younger kids this place would be great! For the olders, I will wait until they can drive their own rental car"

"Room 1213. One bedroom king suite with kitchen and living room. It is large. Far away from lobby and breakfast but not far enough from the live bands that played. The music is very good but loud!!! Might not be for everyone. "

"The room was just okay. Our bathroom had no mirror and our carpet made the bottom of our feet dirty, so we wore our flip flops in the room. If the owners updated the fixtures and played on the kitschiness of the hotel, it would be super cute! We did love that the hotel was right across the street from the beach and in walking distance of events at the center of town. We liked the location of the hotel and works stay there again for a short trip. If I was staying longer than a couple of days, I'd find a more updated place with more amenities to stay. "

"Hotel is modern and clean. Checked out of Hampton after one night because could not take it and came to the Hilton and it was a world of a difference."
