He assure us that only slightly noisy. It was OK at 1st.. Really abit noisy only.. But 12am onwards, it become super loud.. Is heavy metal live band. My room is vibrating. All the drumming are giving me and family members headache. It goes on and on.. Does not end till 4am. The soundproofing is very lousy. There is no hot water...
