"The room was nice and modern. The main bed was comfy but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that even my children complained, my son (6) ended up in the main bed, think my daughter (10) wished she had that idea first. The main door to the bathroom was sliding and was hard to shut. The room was nice otherwise. Had everything you needed, tea/coffee, water etc, iron and ironing board, toiletries etc good lighting. Was clean and modern. Breakfast was nice enough, the pastries were very nice, seemed quite small for the hotel size maybe. Friendly and approachable staff, my son was given a little welcome pack which was nice. Hotel was close to the tube and not a long walk from the London eye. We didn't use the spa facilities. We will probably stay again I would imagine."
