"Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in this by far has been my favorite. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Nancy, was accommodating and personable. The pool and sauna was a great to start my relaxation for my stay. My room was clean and everything I was looking for in my stay. The breakfast attendant was kind and truly hospitable. "Although not a fancy 5 star hotel, the Fern Ridge was a very pleasant surprise! We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel.
