"Check in was simple however you do have to pay a deposit it’s annoying that it’s not refunded right away however the rooms are clean the hotel corridors are clean the beds comfy and they have shower and bath tubs so that’s always a bonus I’d stay again "

"I would not recommend this property as it is poorly maintained. The first room I was given had a door that did not lock. The hotel has a strange layout and if you want to go higher than the first floor you have to take two separate lifts. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it is very central and close to Moorfields station. However, there is much that could be improved."

Alan especially was a star and also his collegue (a young lady sorry I didn't spot your name but you knew who you are). She had her eye on helping us all the time.
