The dining room staff are 5 star never seen such professionalism in all the hotels I have been. The hotel itself is 5 star never Ben though it’s ranked 4 star. I loved the hotel and room ambience but the housekeeper staff ruined it for me and I did not alert management for fear of backlash from staff."
