I love this property, a very quiet and boutique building, very well located specially if you don't have a rental car. Exceptional, professional, and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing. Very quiet and well design rooms. I dislike the surrounding specially the bar downstairs and the noise that generates.

Great location with a mall, restaurants an many convenience stores nearby. A very large room and nice staff in reception and restaurant. Very good included breakfast. The only fail is the water service in the area, since our last day of stay, we ran out of water several times. Fortunately, the hotel was working to fix the issue.Traveling with families, btw.

It is a nice place to stay, I recommend to have a room that is not facing the alley due to the noise. The place is clean and well decorated. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel in good area. Easy to walk to unicentro mall and eating choices. Safe neighborhood and clean hotel. Loved the bed and pillows. Only negative really was the taxes placed after paying your reservation. Was almost like paying for an extra night in a normal hotel in Bogota.

Great hotel in Bogota
Hotel Santa Barbara is a great option for clean, comfortable and safe lodging in Bogota. The hotel is across the street from one of the best malls in the city, which contains a cinema and large 24 hour supermarket. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect...
It was a very posh hotel right in the heart of everything. The only complaints are that the WiFi sucked and there was no room service available. There were restaurants surrounding this hotel so food is hardly an issue. Breakfast was free and it was delicious.. Once the WiFi is fixed I could give a 10/10!

Checking in was a little different. They were unable to locate my hotels.com reservation in their systems. They connected my phone to wifi and I emailed them my reservation. Moments later, I was in my room. The front desk has English speaking staff during the day; you will need to polish your spanish in the night. If you stay out late, you will need to knock on the sliding front door to be let in; I did not see a door bell if there was one. Rooms are spacious and modern. Beddings are very comfortable. There is construction next door which begins around 0800. If you want to sleep in, it may be a challenge. Breakfast was amazing! Tropical fruits served (not the largest selection but they had my favorite fruits - pineapples and papaya every morning). Eggs will be prepared your way and omelette are prepared to your order. Coffee was excellent - after all it's in Colombia. Fresh juices are offered. The kitchen staff are amazing! I give the staff 5stars for caring for everyone. The location is very safe and three minutes walk to Unicentro Mall. There's a bus stop on the front street to the hotel but taxis are all over the place. Hotels.com offered an excellent nightly rate during my stay.

Great location. Beautiful rooms. Abit noisy due to next door construction so request to stay away from street. Super comfortable beds. Very contemporary. Enjoyed breakfast. Wifi better in lobby but lacking in rooms.

TRY TO AVOID THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT. At the time of my check out, they tried to first charge me for one night more than my stay, and then they tried to tell me that I had to pay for hotel insurance, despite the fact that it is an optional charge and was not mentioned at check in.Rather than practicing good customer service, the manager insults the customers.Truly a shame because this would be a very nice hotel if not for the management.
